It was not easy to schedule the initial consultation. I had to submit the request a few timea before finally I got appointment set. After that, though, the next 2 sessions were scheduled in person after the consultation/treatment, so I have not had any issue with scheduling. I had my 2nd session today. I am getting my underarms treated. After the first treatment, I could already see the big difference in terms of the hair grow. I do not have to shave so often any more. It seems that laser hair removal treatment works well with my hair and skin type (I was told during the initial consultation and 1st session, the fesults vary from a person to person). During the first seasion, I did feel a bit of "pain" but the staff explained to me prior to the seasion about what to expect. So I was not concerned. During todays 2nd session, I actually did not feel anything. Again the staff explained to me that it is typical for a person to feel a bit of discomfort for the 1st and 2nd treatment. However from 3rd session, I should expect no discomfort during the treatment. I still have 6 sessions (I believe) to go, and am looking forward to what would happen after the completion of all the sessions.

Agree with the other reviews in terms of: very hard to get on the phone, only 1 person working, very hard to get appointments (on Saturdays) and after buying an unlimited membership I was told that it isnt really unlimited, only good for 1 year, which is roughly 7 - 8 treatments. They even mention it usually takes 6 - 12+ treatments. I guess the biggest thing is it didnt work... I was told I was the perfect candidate and after one year of going didnt notice any difference in hair growth.

I purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion. The first one was fine. My skin looked great afterwards so I decided to make another appointment. BIG MISTAKE. Fast forward to the day of my appointment.... The lady rushed through the entire thing because I was her last one for the day and she wanted to leave. So unprofessional... She never cleaned anything which made my skin breakout really bad. I now have to get a chemical peel elsewhere because of her negligence. I will NEVER be back.

Great place, staff, and prices. Cant see why people wouldnt love it. Been coming here for over a year and I trust them to deliver results every time and they do. No magic happens here but all the treatments they perform tend to have better results than the other places with cheaper equipment

Its an office building that is shared with 3 others on the same floor. They only have 1 person working the phones for all 3 business so it was difficult to contact. They do not have confirmation calls for your appt. So just be worry about the date.
