Oh..my..goodness.I feel great. Im not the person the goes and gets massages quarterly. I go when I can afford it or when I find a groupon (which we did). With our groupon, its only weekdays. My bf bought if for Valentines day but didnt check to see if anything was available-- everything was booked till Mid March.....IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! We walked in for our apt and Stephanie was there to greet us. Lovely smile and hospitable. Such a charm. My bf and I did a couples massage with Lucy & Deborah.I was in a car accident 2 years ago--I get those pain in the ass back spasms. I get shooting pain mid back to my right leg. I had Deborah. I told her I need some serious pressure, lay it on me and Ill let her know when to ease up. I hate when I do get a massage and they are hardly pressing on me!! She was perffect. She found my knots and worked on them slowly. She read my body language when it would start to flare. Always kept one hand on me. Never stopped using lotion. So sweet. Lucy, was perfect for my bf. Guys are simple-- his words, she was great! & definitely would love to have her again. Thanks for a great experience!! We will be back!

Me and My wife went out of the way to try out this place on Groupon. My wife called to set up a appointment and they told her since we had a groupon that we wouldnt be able to get in till the end this month or the end of may due to there regular clients apt. We just moved to Ga and were excited to try a new place to start going to. After she told me that I was very upset because I was in pain and really wanted to get a massage so I decided to call up there. I was told that I was able to come in on friday at 1pm. I then asked if I would be able to come in on Saturday. They told me yes but I would have to PREPAY for a apt. I thought it was a joke. I would never go back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Just because someone decided to get a discount for a first visit doesnt mean they dont deserve to be treated like a REGULAR CLIENT. Now they have lost one. And I will tell everyone not the place to go.

I called 10 minutes prior to my appt because I was worried about an expired Groupon. Shannon at the front desk honored my Groupon and made me feel at ease even though I was 15 minutes late. I thought about not showing since I assumed they wouldnt honor my Groupon at first. I had Lucy as my therapist and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She did a wonderful job at working on my problem areas. I had an excellent experience and I recommend this place to anyone!

A nice little place Sonja is the best. She has the best pressure. Ive got her twice and she is freaking awesome. She found a knot in my back that I did not know about and didnt feel and she took care of it and its gone. You can also use a Groupon which is really nice and save you some money. But if he definitely go you definitely need to get Sonya she is awesome once again. You will not be disappointed by her. And the reception is very nice and very sweet as well.

They Cancelled on us after months of waiting for a Friday evening apptmt. They sent me an email the night before cancelling saying the phone number on file was incorrect. However the morning of the apptmt someone called my phone reminding of cancellation! Wait, they didnt have my number correct? I was out on babysitter money and time off from work. Severely disappointed. By the way, someone answers the phone about 50% of the time.

They are so rude... i called several times and tjey never picked up and never called me back. finally after like 5 times calling tjey picked up in very low voice tone.. seems like the ignorant since tjey alreday got.many customers? i dont know what it is and tjey dint treat very well for customers who uses Groupon. tjey said i have to pay 20 dollors more if i so groupon... wjatever this place sucks

I had a facial with Tara that was amazing. That was one of the best and most thorough facials Ive had. I followed with a muscular tissue massage by Anthony that was good also. He worked out a lot of my kinks. Ill be going back. Great experience - didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy any product or service when checking out. Everyone was pleasant and I will be going back.

I was looking for a place for microdermabrasion close to my home and then I found this place on Groupon. Since it was cheap, I decided to try it out and I am glad I did! The place is very relaxing and the receptionist and the person who does my facial is so nice and awesome. Its been almost 3 months? now and I go every month and cannot wait to go again end of this month.

If you have a Groupon ot takes over a month to get an appointment. I wish it had been worth the wait but the massage was awful. The therapist moved her hands way to fast and was breathing pretty hard (probably bc moving her hands that fast is a work out). It was not relaxing at all. I felt more stressed when I left than when I came in.

PAST REVIEW I scheduled an appt that wasnt honored. I previously had a separate appointment that I had to cancel that morning due to a meeting and was charged 25 late fee. There are other places that offer better customer service than xscape never again. PRESENT REVIEW THE ISSUES WERE CORRECTED AND I AM ENJOYING THE SERVICES AGAIN.

My spouse and I had a Groupon nearing its expiration. I called and they were able to schedule our appointment and waived the expiration date. We arrived and had a wonderful couples massage. We both left feeling great. We enjoyed it so much we bought 4 massages at a great discount. I cant wait to get back for another massage.

No good, unless you want your massage by a Darth Vader breathing masseuse that puts you a qweeking table, that you endure the painful noise of, each time pressure is put on it. Oh, and dont show up with a Groupon, you will be told your not welcome back if you use one again.

SERIOUSLY? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WOULD PEOPLE EVEN GO HERE... They BETTER TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT WAY.. THE PERSON WHO PICKS UP TUE PHONE YOU NEED TO LEARN SKILLS ON HOW TO TREAT A DAMM CUSTOMER. This place is horrible all the good reviews are fake.. wow

I bought a couples massage Groupon for this place and had to ask for a refund through Groupon because they cant answer the phone in order for me to make an appointment. How can you possibly not answer 10 + phone calls is beyond me.
