Worst birthday experience ever. We paid our deposit and arrived at party day with doors locked and 9 freezing guests who waited out in the cold with us for an hour. No one ever showed up. Our birthday girl was devastated. We had to call all the parents and reroute the birthday party somewhere else. Since then, Diamond Girlz has not returned any of our phone calls or refunded us, but when we reported the charge to the bank they disputed it and got their money back. Still havent heard from them and are filing a lawsuit to get our money back and compensation for all the moms and kids who had to experience this awful day with us.

Obviously this business has issues with servicing certain races. I paid for a service package through Groupon. An appointment wa required in order to redeem the Groupon. When I called the business, they not only claimed to be booked for this upcoming weekend, but the entire year!! I found that very odd being that website states the business takes walk-ins. The representative, I spoke with, offered no solutions of how I was going to be able to redeem my Groupon. I had to get a refund from Groupon.

I drove 40 min to this place on a Sunday !! It said open online and on door from 11am-6pm was there at 12:47pm... THEY ARE CLOSED?!?!? Waste of my damn time... remove your time if your employees cant get to work on time or at all... thank so much for wasting my time...I really dont even want to give you a star but thats the only was I can leave feedback! Disrespectful!

We couldnt schedule an appt on the phone. Then we walked in to schedule an appt. On the appt date, we went there and the store was closed. We tried to call the store and you couldnt leave a msg. The msg box was full. My daughter was crying and it is a horrible experiences.

We traveled from Charlotte we set an appointment.We constantly called trying to confirm the appointment and could not get a answer. We came to the store and it was closed but the hours said it was open..This is horrible I see this happens often with this company.
