Dont know where to start other than "absolutely relaxing." I bought a Groupon for a Mani/Pedi and Niya did not disappoint. She does NOT do a rush job as some of us has grown accustomed to when visiting regular nail salons. She assessed what I needed (I have brittle nails, and had a lot of tension in my body) and took her time. I had the BEST foot massage ever in my life! By the way, she hand makes her scrubs and has a really clean, serene atmosphere. Music plays in the background, light aromatic scents fill the air, and shes a great conversationalist. Cant wait to see her for my massage. Niya seems to have best hands equipped to deal with all my knots and tension.

They have very non respectable one whos answered the phone , And she talk in very bad way just because I have so much trouble parking my car so I get late about 30 min , she did canceled my appointment and charged me for no services and even she refuse giving me her name, I asked to speak with her supervisor just to explain she hung with no respect !! very bad experience sorry to lose my time and mony going to this please,Im not sorry for the money like how she had treated me I usually pay tip more than what she charged me but she suppose to be professional especially with new client but she was so mean!!!

This place is trash. The building is run down. The parking is difficult. The service over the phone is unprofessional. They offer happy ending massages in a discreet way, disgusting. And a worker Niya makes it a habit to befriend customers then sleep with their husbands. No kind of values or respect. It shows in the work.

I made an appointment this morning, excited tO try a small local businesd. I showed up 5 minutes early for the appointment and stood outside knocking since the door was locked. No one answered. I gave them an extra 5 minutrs. Still no one. I guess thats that. I left and wont make this mistake again. Disappointed.

Never even went. was put off by the womans tone on the phone. this is a spa. the last thing i should feel is rushed. please teach your employees basic customer service. Im sure they do a wonderful job, and your groupons are great deals, but its pointless if they cant speak and act nicely

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at the Honey Coated Nail Spa. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. We we early but she took us in and started our services right away! All her products are natural. I highly recommend this spa and I love supporting small businesses!
