I have really enjoyed the past month here. The staff is friendly and for the most part attentive to what is going on, the only real issue that Ive had is I purchased a piece of equipment to keep track of my calories and heartbeat and it never worked properly, however, the staff immediately took it to send it back and have it replaced. Great workout, Ive droped some weight as well as size since I started, less than a month plus building muscle quickly!

Best 30 minute workout I have ever had! It is a total body workout and great for cardio conditioning. Too bad it is over before you know it! LOVE IT!
