They have lots of cardio equipment, also some free weights, benches, and squat racks. My only complaints are that there are no decline benches, and only 2 squat racks. Sometimes it can be hard to get one if theres lots of people wanting to do squats/deadlifts. Hard to beat for the price

I love the gym it has everything I need for such a low price and its relaxed I dont care for in your face gyms. I didnt give them 5 stars only because I hate the traffic getting there its located in the busiest area of Lexington. Otherwise I love it there just plan around traffic!

I love this gym! Ive been a member for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Its not too crowded, unlike other facilities in Lexington. Highly recommend!

Staff not really friendly at this location. Gym is kind of dirty and bathroom not maintain well
