I was lucky enough to get to experience both their old space (right before they moved) as well as their new space. Let me tell you, all around, from the actual setup and obstacles, to the people that run the place, this place is amazing. Ryan Stratis, who Ive met before while competing on ANW, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The owner, Glenn Davis, is extremely passionte about building a community and providing the best possible service. He was kind enough to postpone his move into his new space so that me and my team could play on their old set up before it was changed over to the new place. I mean, who puts a entire location move on hold for a few members of the community?!...Glenn Davis! If you are into any sort of movement training this is the place to go.

This is our second birthday party here, and although the kids did have a good time (which is the most important), NQ has a lot of work to do with coorinating, communication between the staff and time management when it comes to the birthday parties.Your kids will have a great time, but you will need to stay on top of everything.

What a great facility! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I brought my kids and Ryan couldnt have been any nicer! This is a great place for both adults and kids to get great exercise. Great for birthday parties too! Highly recommend it!

Great complex in Cobb. They have real Ninja warrior obstacles for all ages. Challenges are solid and they have many other offerings for kids who like physical fun challenges.

I came for the parkour section and although not fully built, if its gonna be like the old section, then the hype is real.
