I put in 4 applications at this location. Had to call to get an interview a week later. Spoke to Eric and he told me to come in on Sunday @ 10. Went in on Sunday and no Eric. The workers didnt even know why he wasnt there. Finally another guy gave me an interview. And it seemed to go well. I was qualified for it. At the end they said theyll be in touch with me. So on Tuesday I called to see if Eric received my application I had to fill out before the interview. (Even tho I sent in my resume and filled them out online) A front desk worker said Eric would get back to me. So by 6pm I still havent heard from Eric. I called and asked for him. Finally got to talk to him and all he had to say was "they went another route". And that they were only hiring for 1 position. Then why was there multiple positions on their site? Also after I got off the phone I went back on their site and there is over 5 positions theyre hiring for!!! Im sorry but ERIC is very unorganized and unprofessional!! He never once said sorry or anything! Its not cool when your playing around with a job that someone really needs!!!

DO NOT give this business your money. They are crooks. My husband and I were told we were signing a 1-year contract backing in February. At the end of the year, a few months before the contract was to end, I called to make sure it would expire automatically and there was nothing I needed to do to stop being charged past that year. The kid I spoke to made it clear he had no idea what he was talking about and all he could tell me was that it should. So, stupidly, I trusted him. Fast forward to February, a year later, and we wake up to the same monthly charge weve already paid for a year. Upon calling them to ask why in the world our contract was continuing, we were told the only way to cancel is to go in and end it and that there was nothing to do to get our money back for the month. Completely different news than what the first guy I spoke to said. I fully regret ever doing business with them and I hope much bad-luck comes their way for taking advantage of poor college students. Theyre greedy, lying thieves, and deserve to be known as such.

Typically has been a good gym except the wifi like other people have mentioned. If you have the better membership you can bring a guest for free. Really annoying that depending on when you go they have "new policies they enforce" today my roomate and I went at 4:30am and this new policy they have is to see the ID of your guest and so he turned us away and I live fairly far from this location. Couldnt even give us a one time hey next time you need your ID. Yet, the guy said they "started the policy a week ago" so annoying.

Place has no concern for their customers, bought membership for my daughter, over the phone. She is now working 13 hours a day and lives about 1 hour away. They will not let me cancel over the phone or on line. they require a certified letter costing me more money and time. If I can sign up over the phone, I should be able to cancel over the phone. Ive belonged to many clubs first one I have ever heard of that tries to make it difficult to leave.

Everything is great except the wifi. It flat out sucks, it cant even load a simple web page. Im here an hour every day and I cant listen to the TV so sometimes itd be nice to be able to watch something on my phone without tearing through my data. The wifi will kick you off every few min without warning so I have to constantly check it and when Im on it, its so slow and choppy. It makes for a mediocre experience. (I had to get off their wifi just to post this)

Love the gym and the atmosphere, went in the shower on a Thursday and there was a wash clothe in the corner, didnt think much about it but that someone may have forgotten to take it when they left. Went back Friday and the wash clothe was still there. Honestly the only problem Ive had out of the gym, but with so many people going in and not knowing how many use the showers I believe they should be cleaned daily. Maybe even twice a day.

Paranormally Correct

You really cant find a better deal on a gym anywhere. They have tons of equipment, tons of space, the locker rooms are great and always clean, the staff is excellent. I just wish there were more locations around town and closer to me because I hate the drive but I love the gym. I hope their corporate hq brings more PFs to Lexington!

Great place to workout, Love the tanning bed!! You cant find a better membership anywhere! I used to tan at STC and I can honestly say PF is #1 as far as Im concerned!!!! Great Staff, so glad I started going there, Ive been with PF for over a year !! I. just cant get over all they offer, always clean, Love my Planet Fitness!!!!!!!

I travel all the time for work and am very serious about fitness. I am a member of PF because it allows me to travel and still exercise. This is definitely one of the nicer gyms in the PF line. I found the people accommodating and the gym clean. Word of warning though, google maps will take you into a neighborhood behind the gym.

Great place to enjoy a hard work out meet new friends great staff great atmosphere met some awesome people there just a great place to blow off stress from a hard day at work ..thanks for the warm welcome to the planet fitness family..2 year member not a bad day at all there I recommend it highly

Bathroom was clean. Gym space was nice. But their water fountains either didnt work or were really short. At my local one (in Farmington hills, MI) I can fit a tall water bottle under the fountain. Not here.

If you have a $10 membership, your friend cannot even wait in the lobby. Also, you need to be careful of some machines that will give you electric shock while you are exercising.

Small/Cramped. In a less than desirable side of town. Cannot get any help from staff, the manager was a joke. Planet Fitness is a great example of "you get what you pay for".

great location...I travel too, and I agree...among the best locations...particularly the tanning equipment...great staff and super clean! Overnight parking is no problem...

Great gym if you work 3rd shift! Late nights, no big crowds! Perfect for someone who is trying to get back on track and doesnt want to be around a lot of people!
