Abra as a whole does a good job with the work. However they are in desperate need of better communication with their customers about the work being done and the work you want done. (Short version) ... They did not give the 24 notice for work completion they claimed and when asked about that , blamed me and even tried to shame me for coming to them anyway. ... (Long version) I was charged an extra day for my rental car because they did not set proper timelines with me. When I offered my story about the lack of communication and the fact that I was actually left without a vehicle for over 24 hours , they were quick to tell me they did all that was required of them. I never got to the point where I asked for compensation for the extra rental fees or the fact that I was left at work struggling to find a ride to and from work and Abra. They just kept reminding me that they had in fact called me to tell me my car was done and they needed room. They also closed the insurance work order without informing me ...In fact they knew two days prior that they were closing it and never told me. When I asked they said that wasnt them, but my insurance company and the rental car team both separately confirmed that they were aware of the work end dates two days prior. When I advise Abra of this they were quick to blame the systems for that (having had this conversation before I assume) and reminded me that they only require 24 hours notice to the customer...thats Funny cause they called me the same day they closed the order, Not 24 hours before. After I paid my full price to Abra and got my keys , one of the persons inside came out to my car and attempted to remind me that I was the one who showed up unannounced to them. Which was really cute considering I had an appointment with them that I made a week prior to ever showing up and that appointment was in their books when I showed up. Im sorry for the novel here, but Im quite certain I am not the only person who has ran into this since they were really quick with reasons why I was wrong and no apologies. Not good Abra...Not good. On top of all this, I r had to reach out to my insurance company so that I could have a second party look at the work done because I dont trust they did all of the work needed , Ill update when I know.

I want to thank Rick’s Auto Body Shop of Nampa, Idaho for outstanding business practice. I would like to send out a special thank you to Jesse. Jesse went beyond our expectations when I took my car back after 1 and half years after the repair. The grill that was replaced was a manufacture defect and had warped. Jesse had a replacement for me the very next day. When I took the car back I mentioned that there was an annoying whistle sound, since they had worked on the car that became more and more annoying, loud and aggressive. Jesse took the car for a test drive and when he returned he had virtually every crack and seal (Doors, Windows, and Sliders etc.) taped off and said he could not locate where the sound was coming from. He told me to have the car back the next morning for the grill repair. The next morning Jesse told me he had did some research online and found out that my make and model of car was prone for an annoying cab whistle coming from the auto vent system. He then said he wanted to try something for me. When I returned to pick-up the car he had fixed the annoying whistle and to this day that makes my wife and I very happy. This Body Shop deserves more than five stars for a business review and Rick’s Auto Body deserves a special employee like Jesse. Thank you Jesse for being a special person to all customers that walks thru the doors of your employers business. In today’s world of business it is hard to find people that actually want to please the customer. It is always no problem but nothing gets resolved with that attitude. Great body shop and awesome work. Very polite and professional. My only issue was that after my insurance denied my claim and I gave the go ahead to fix my truck, there was a mis-communication between Abra and the shop they sent my truck to so I was waiting for the truck and the shop was also waiting for me to call them and give the go ahead. Not a huge deal except that I am waiting longer to get my truck fixed. Still a great place to go and I would still highly recommend them to anyone.

Jesse and the crew at Kadels Auto Body in Nampa were fabulous to work with. My insurance company sent them to me for an official estimate and I ended up using them to complete the work on my truck. They treated me with great respect the entire time and kept me informed when the parts were delayed. I dont have a lot of experience with autobody shops, but I would highly recommend this shop for quality of work and exceptional customer service.

I am a 49 year member of USAA. This is a USAA approved facility. I went in for an estimate. Sign on door states "No Appointments Necessary." The guy at the front desk would not do an estimate without an appointment. I was REFUSED SERVICE. I pointed out the sign on the door. He would not address it. Ignored me. Absolutely obtuse. I left very angry. If you are USAA INSURED AVOID THIS PLACE.

We went in with a scratch on the Drivers side of our car. The gentleman who helped (I forget his name) was great. He was able to rub the scratch out and charged us nothing. I would recommend ABRA for honesty, integrity and great work.
