I went there for a quote but after days with not one phone call and repeatedly ignoring mine I went there to find my front bumper completely torn off and them telling me I now owed them storage fees that they completely pulled out of there ass if I didnt have them finish the job. Also if anyone is wondering who in there right mind recommended me here, it was my lawyer who on yeah finally admitted to my face he only sent me there because he was pocketing 300$ for every victim he could send to them. Over two months to have my car fixed. When I picked it up they had to jump start my vehicle. I drove it less then 30 feet up the road and had to pull over because my whole car was shaking so bad I thought it was going to fall apart. Less then a week later my front wheel fell completely off. There was not one lug nut found to have been put on to keep the wheel in place. That explains why my car was shaking non stop since I picked it up from them. They tell me they never took the wheel off. I was referred to them because I was in a front end collision which just also happened to be the the same side where my front tire just magically fell off just days after getting it back from them. They are crooks!

I highly recommend Starlight auto body. I took my mother around to get 3 estimates and the other 2 were far above the estimate Mimi gave us. Mimi was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and fair. The price was great and the workmanship was excellent. Not to mention that the car was ready exactly when promised. I live in L.A. and my car needs a few bumps and bruises fixed. Im going to wait until next time Im in Vegas visiting my mom and have the work done at Starlight. I never take the time to do reviews but this company (family owned and operated) deserves it and I want others to know about it before they get ripped off somewhere else :-) FOLLOW-UP: I went back to Starlight in November with my own car to get the bumps and bruises I mentioned before fixed. Once again Mimi and the whole staff at Starlight were extremely nice and very fair. They fixed/painted my car at a very reasonably price and had it ready for me exactly when promised. I cant say enough except to again recommend this place anyone who needs body work or painting to their car. You will be glad you went here!

I can not say enough good things about this business. I brought my car in for repairs after it was rear-ended. Everyone there is extremely nice and very professional. They answered all my questions with out beating around the bush, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure that I had a rental car ready for me, they kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, they didnt try to charge me for anything that did not need to be replaced or fixed. My car was ready in a timely manner and they picked me up from the rental car place when my car was ready to be picked up. They went above and beyond what most car repair places would do. You can tell that they take pride in the work they do (my car looks fantastic) and the way they treat their customers. They make you feel like you are part of the family there. I will be taking my car to them if I ever need it worked on again. I highly recommend them to anyone that likes great qualtiy and service. Truly amazing place.

My experience with Starlight Collision was top notch. From when dropping off my vehicle to be fixed, getting the rent a car on premises and final pick up of my auto, all in all, a 5 star experience. Sergey made sure all would be done right and took great interest in our vehicle, we were not just another auto coming in. Their customer service is the best and they do the job right. Its nice to know that there are people who really do care when something happens to ones vehicle. In my situation, it was only 3 days, but what really made it so smooth, was Starlight keeping you up to date on your vehicle repair. Thanks again Serg for a first class service. So I decided to give Starlight Collision a call after speaking to DMV officer about my complaints. Fortunately they were in compliance, which made me feel so much better. After briefly speaking to Mi Mi I went down to the shop in effort of finishing our conversation. She was very courteous and sensitive to all of my questions in spite of knowing I gave a poor review a few weeks prior. Mi Mi went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had a clearer understanding of all my concerns. I can honestly say, I would take my vehicle for repairs at this shop, simply because the customer service was so outstanding after formal complaints. Thank you Mi Mi for saving me as a future customer!!! .
