I have never met a more professional, thorough and helpful individual in the automotive field than Alex at ICollission Las Vegas. During the estimate process to repair a 2004 Audi A6, Alex took me step by step through the estimate and gave me a visual explanation of the damage to the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgable about every detail in a challenging frame and suspension repair job. In addition, he answered everyone of my calls and always responded very wuickly in submitting information to the insurance company to resolve the matter. His knowledge and first rate customer service are second to none. I wouldnt hesitate to take any autobody or frame repair job to him in the future.

Well to start off it took two weeks for them to bring me in for an estimate, and after that they said 3 weeks to bring it in for repairs due to ordering parts. On top of that they said they werent even going to try to color match the replaced panal. The car is white, and your an auto body and PAINT shop, how can you not color match it? Its been a month after the estimate so I call them and find out they didnt even order the parts. To say the least I went with someone else.

I took my car here recently after a car accident. Nothing serious, but the front had a lot paint removed, and would be noticeable if the paint replaced was done incorrectly. They did an amazing job, as if nothing ever happened. They even fixed the front emblem on my car at a cost that was much lower than any other place I took it to. Overall, I would recommend iCollision to everyone.

I actually work here.!! Im an Auto Body Tech and I could honestly say that Jacob always wants the cars done like if theyre his own, he looks for the best interest of the customers at all times. Never leaves it to management hes always involved on every job. I recently moved from California and he has welcomed me in to his shop and has made Las Vegas easier to see as home.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and have my car returned to me quickly. My car looked great and was nice n clean. This was the best service. They worked with my insurance and worked out all the details for my rental car. Staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with!!!.

Unfortunately, my car was determined totalled by the insurance company. Jerry was very helpful through the process. They took the car in and gave me about a week for the estimate to be done, but it was already submitted within two days. Great service and a great staff. Will consider for future body work.

AMAZING service!!! I was broken down near Tonopah and they quickly sent a tow truck for me. They mediated for me with my insurance and promptly had an estimate. To top it off, they sent me pictures of the progress of my truck every day!!! 5 STAR SERVICE. Great employees, great owner, great company.
