PHENOMENAL place. No hassle, No drama, no BS! I had a cracked open headlight, a dented in side panel, and a wrecked bumper that my dealership REFUSED to replace! I decided to give these guys a shot since they were right down the street and I was taken care of and setup with an appointment to drop my car off within five minutes (And they fixed everything INCLUDING the bumper my dealership was denying!). I wasnt jerked around like I was at my dealership. Everyone was extremely professional and laid everything out for you right on the table so to speak, so you knew first hand that there was going to be no funny business or work arounds. I felt valued and they put my mind at ease immediately that my car was going to be in the best hands possible. They asked for 5-7 days and had it done within 4. Looks brand new and I could never tell the car was ever damaged! I got personal updates from the associate overseeing my cars repairs and he was around for any questions at any time. I would take my car here and any future cars here for repairs every single time. They wont jerk you around like your dealership might!

Have a 2016 Acura TLX. Someone backed into the rear bumper. Had the insurance company come by and take a look at it. The rear bumper is buckled. The consultant Corey at Service King says he wouldnt replace the bumper even though the insurance estimate has a new bumper on it. Brought car in Monday 9/26/16 because they said they had the bumper. They did keep us updated on progress of repairs. Told us today that the car was ready. Went to pick up and the old bumper was still on the car. Nothing had been done at all. Now I dont trust they will do anything except take my money. Very disappointing.

This Service King is one of the best places in town to take your car for repairs after an accident. Danny Hernandez and the rest of the team are professional, trustworthy, and compassionate people. Its hard to beat the quality of their work and their customer service. My car went in for repairs when a dumpster damaged my rear right fender, and its back again because of a hit and run. This is the only place I will bring my cars to when they need body or paint work done. I highly recommend this particular Service King for any sort of body or paint work.

Took our car in for a very small paint chip. When we go our car back it had more scuffs and marks on the paint then it did when we dropped it off. There was a foot print on our driver side speaker where someone had kicked the door open. Allstate said service king would wash the car when it was completed, the car came back dirtier than when we dropped it off. I was told by service king the car wash was a "complimentary wash and not a detail". Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to take your car if you care about quality.

Brought my vehicle here with the window sticking and it came out in non working order (will not go up or down after leaving). They said it was because of the insurance company would not authorize work to be done and the insurance company says it was because of their recommendation. Either way customers beware. You should find a better collision shop that takes better care of there customers.

When you pick up your car after they are done fixing it they need to at least walk you to the car and show you the car and not just give you the keys and Say Goodbye its all done
