I had a minor problem: the skid plate under my engine was dangling, and I could see (with a little mirror) that three fasteners had failed. Hoping for an inexpensive fix, I drove to All Around Collision, mostly because it was closest to my house, They put it up on the rack and found five fasteners had failed, and said it was a quick fix. I queried if it would be just a minimum charge, and they said yes.Less than five minutes later, they handed me the keys and said it was "on the house". Great to see honest and helpful people.

All Around Collision on Madison Street in Indio, took a misunderstanding regarding billing on an auto being repaired and dealt with the problem with diplomacy and negotiated through the difficulty until all parties were satisfied. Many thanks from all three ladies for their kindness and diplomacy.

My mother in law took her car here to have the paint touched up. 4 weeks later (which was 2 weeks later than she was told) she finally got her car back and it wouldnt start. This place is a joke.
