(copy and paste from Yelp) BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP. The people that work here are the type of people that care more about your money then they do about your car and how precise the job gets done. Do yourself a huge favor and dont take your vehicle here. Im reading all of these reviews, and you can tell theres something iffy about them. You can tell that they make other people write the reviews for them, and as well they make the reviews themselves. Their customer service is bad (none of the workers here have a nice attitude.) Also, they all just stare at you if you stay there to see what theyre doing to your car. The worst part of it all, the paint job they did on my car has to be one of the worst and most laziest Ive ever seen, on any car. They buffed the paint after they painted it, and theres swirl marks literally all over the car, everywhere. Also, they buffed over the window rubbers and ruined them (drivers and passenger side.) They also forgot to mask off our matte silver gas cap and they left thick swirl marks on it as well. Theres a dozen other things I can say, but I cant (Ill explain in the last sentence.) If you care about your car, dont take it here. Youre an idiot if you let these fake 5-star reviews fool you. (sorry for not writing an in depth review, Im not in the mood to type 500 to 1000 words) (I didnt reveal any color of the car or anything because my family member, whos car Im talking about, may or may not come back to this s**t shop.) VVV THIS IS ME REPLYING TO THE OWNER VVV Of course youre gonna say that youre not telling every single customer to write a good review about your business, but its obvious that a great majority of them on here and Google are fake. You dont have to have much of a brain to decipher a real review from a bogus one. He came back about 4 times, maybe more, because he specifically told them to do some stuff, and they never did them. He finally got the ugly swirl marks you guys put on 99% of the clear coat removed at a different shop that specializes in detailing, unlike you guys. Im positive you know who we are now, no matter what you say. They even made us pay $75 dollars extra because they had to weld in two tiny dots on the bottom of the hood, since he asked to get it debadged. It takes no effort/ skill and very little welding wire. It only takes about 1-2 minutes to weld and grind off the bumps. An entire 10-pound roll of welding wire costs at the MOST $35! Wow! MIG Welding dots is so hard and you apparently need a welding specialist to MIG weld two dots! Even a 5 year old can MIG weld two dots for crying out loud. Im FROM Yucca Valley, Alejandra. Why is your name Alejandra by the way? I think you changed your name to Alex now, but it was Alejandra! Ha, what a fail. Im not gonna give you my real name, Im not stealing anyones identity. Who says I dont have a job? Do you see me posting a review every hour, everyday? I guess not everyone can interpret simple things normally in their brains. FAKE BAD REVIEW? WHY WOULD I BE WRITING THIS REVIEW IN THE FIRST PLACE? LOOK AT WHOS TALKING. WHAT A HYPOCRITE. CLICK ON THE PROFILE OF ANY OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE REVIEWED THIS BUSINESS, AND LITERALLY ALL OF THEM ONLY HAVE ONE BUSINESS REVIEWED, WHICH IS UNIQUE AUTOBODY. THATS NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL, HUH? Lol! He even had his family members give him 5-star reviews! Look at Eddie and Lola Patino. Eddie looks like the owners twin. They both have the same last name as the owner.

If I could rate lower I would. My experience here finally ended after nearly 6 long months of waiting and never getting a straight answer what was happening to my car. Then finding out it was moved not once, not twice, but three times without my approval first. Not only that, but they also went back on what was first agreed with color and price. To top it all off, I find out the business had a sham of an owner and then my car being moved the third time to hide it from me because of the illegal deal he made. I finally got my car back after months of back and forth only to find a list of parts missing from it including the keys themselves. The whole time all they cared about was money and not a bit about making me, the customer happy. This is bad business and a very crooked company, beware!!!

I had a front end collision, and I found "Unique Autobody" on google open on Saturday. My repair estimate was very reasonable and completed in the promised time. My car looked like new with the clear buffed headlights. They even replaced the rubber bumpers under the hood, which were missing for years. Great detail and painting job including a car wash. Truly great friendly customer service. I would recommend them to any one who needs an honest and friendly business experience.

We have had both our cars repaired by Unique Auto Body. We were very happy with the work that was done. My wife had her 2010 Lexus repaired after a garage accident dented her door and hood. The job was done on time and was perfect. I had my 2000 BMW M5 repaired and it looks like new. Eddie and Maria did an excellent job on time with reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

After having obtained an estimate in San Diego for a bumper repair I checked out unique auto body based on their "save you 15% estimate" deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the savings was an excess of 50% and the job only took a half an hour. The intital estimate requested a couple of days to repair. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Just found about this great auto repair shop and was very happy from the start to the excellent finish. Clean estimates and 110% quality repairs. That is the only shop that I trust, when leaving my work van with keys for repairs. Fast timing on repairs. Great and friendly owners and excellent mechanics work in this shop. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Alex has been so great through all this. She has made sure I was well taken care of. Since my Chevy Colorado wasnt finished within the 1 month of car rental fees that the insurance covered, she had a lovely toyota to loan me until its completion at no additional cost. Such a kind and sweet person one rarely finds in the auto service industry.

Im 40 yrs old and just had my first accident. After 4 different estimates I went with unique auto body and they were not the cheapest. They fixed my ford with ford parts in 2 days. All the other estimates were to fix not replace and to replace with knockoff not ford. Cant say enough about Dan and his great team over at Unique Auto body.
