I really, really wish I could be leaving a more positive review, but unfortunately that would simply not reflect my reality. My story starts in 2014 when some guy backed into the rear quarter panel of my 2014 Audi RS-5 in the Smith’s parking lot. I brought it in to New Look because they supposedly are the best in town for high end Audis. After 6 weeks in the shop, they gave it back to me with a 3” gash in the driver’s seat. It appears a technician sat in the car with a tool of some sort in his back pocket. 2 more weeks driving a Toyota Corolla and they finally gave it back to me with a scrap yard seat that visibly did not match. I was so fed up with driving that Corolla to see clients that I just took it and said nothing. What really burned me was that these guys thought that I wouldn’t notice. News flash: people notice when their brand new $80K vehicle has a seat with un-matching leather. For the duration of my lease, I secretly loathed New Look Collision every time I sat in my car and saw that seat. It was a daily, constant reminder of their ineptness, incompetence and dishonesty. Anyways I finally turned in the RS-5 last month and no longer have to sit in that ugly scrap yard seat. Good riddance I thought. As luck would have it, another driver, seemingly just as mentally challenged as the guy who hit my RS-5 backed into my wife’s Q5. This time in the VONS parking lot. Brought the Q5 in 2 weeks ago. I just picked it up today and the job is pure garbage. I can’t believe that a supposedly high end shop would have such in-existent quality control. I’ve attached some pictures to illustrate so you all don’t think that I’m just a disgruntled lunatic. The scuffs and discoloration on the paint are clearly visible. Bear in mind, the car has 150 miles on the odometer. Yes you read that correctly - one hundred and fifty. Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern. Anyways, I will be bringing it back in tomorrow for yet more stress, aggravation, and driving a wonderful sub-compact for another 2 weeks. I need a drink. To be continued… UPDATE 8/24/16 Manager followed up and made sure issues were corrected. All is good now.

I had an accident repair performed by New Look Collision and they did fix the main problem (supposedly straightened out the lca frame extensions, and seeing the work after, I actually doubt that was done properly), but also made more problems and did not fix others. I am missing washers on nuts and bolts that used to have washers on them. Washers added where they shouldnt be. Grade 8 washers replaced with lower grade ones that bend and get marred up easily. A missing headlight screw. A nut on the bumper not tightened. Wires not routed the way they were before they messed with it. Panels not placed back the way they were before they messed with it. Alignment tabs not repaired. Body damage not repaired. One of my Rigid LED bolts will not come out after they worked on it and now I can not remove the light from its bracket. If you like your vehicle and want quality work, find another shop. Maybe it was because I didnt hassle them a few times every day with the progress of the repair. I thought that since they are an auto repair shop that they should know what they are doing and thought that I should just leave them alone so they can concentrate one getting quality work done, but that did not happen. **** Update 02/22/17 **** Changed rating from 1 star to 3. I went back to have them fix the problems and they did make it somewhat right, there should have not been any in the first place though. Im still not happy with the quality of work done, but dont want to deal with them anymore. Some of the problems were not their direct fault and were caused by 4 The Truck that did an alignment on broken/missing cam tabs and used a standard nut on a metric bolt (forgot to add that problem on initial review).

I am beyond impressed as to his professional and efficient these guys are! I was hit at 60mph while parked in the emergency lane. I have a jeep so I walked away as the other car was demolished. My rear frame support beam was bent, muffler bent, tow package bent, hitch pull bent. They took off the entire back end of my jeep and found every inch of damage they could find to make sure they fixed everything. They kept me up to date via text As well as phone calls. Took 1 day like her because they were waiting for the muffler to get in, so that was not in them. Everything was replaced with new oem parts and any after market parts they didnt replace they cut me a check for the amount I would need to get the items again. Geico originally had me with another shop but after I read there reviews I refused to leave my jeep in there hands. The Geico agent was understanding and gave me a list and waited in the phone as I read the reviews, this is the sole reason I picked this shop. And honestly I could not be more proud of my decision. Erika at the shop was amazing and made me feel very confident that I was I good hands. Nick over at the Geico office was excellent!! When he couldnt reach me on phone call he would send me a text. He called as much as Erika did. This is the best car accident experience I have car had and they truly set the bar. I will never deal with another shop if I dont have too. Thank you Erika and nick for making my 2015 jeep brand new again.

New Look Collision has repaired my vehicle four times. The first was a side-swipe caused by another driver, impacting two doors. The second two involved replacing mirrors. Recently I hit another car in the rear end, causing extensive damage. My first thoughts were, "New Look Collision will make my brand new car look completely new, so no worries." The New Look Collision experience is like checking into a five star hotel. You will be greeted by a beautiful but professional Letty. She handled all my paperwork and I never even had to contact my insurance company. There is rarely a wait, but if so there is a lovely fish aquarium and scented candle to make your wait peaceful. What I really appreciate about New Look is they returned my car a week earlier then promised, the car looks completely new again, and the transportation to and from the car rental is seamless. Letty at New Look kept in touch with me every few days providing updates. The manager always comes out to explain the work that was completed. I have been completely satisified beyond my expectations with every repair they have completed. Hopefully I wont need them again any time soon. I would highlly recommend this company to repair your car. The quality of work and business ethicis stellar. Your car will be returned vacuumed and clean.

WOW is all I can say! This shop really DOES IT RIGHT! John was my contact and estimator and he is extremely knowledgeable about body work not to mention professional, friendly and a real communicator! His co-worker Leddy was excellent in communicating with me as well! Between the two of them, I was updated twice a week on the repairs of my auto, schedule, delivery of parts, and progress of repairs! I was ALWAYS in the loop on my repairs. This shop is the best i have ever dealt with. In my job I have dealt with a lot with body shops over the past 30 years and have NEVER experienced such customer service! I felt like I was dealing with a High End Spa in one of our favorite vacation spots! When my car was ready, ANOTHER WOW! My Viper looked BRAND NEW! So not only does the front of this shop dazzle you with their impeccable customer service but the body shop dazzled me with their perfection in body work and paint! If you want true service by a shop that cares, and make your car look new, LOOK no further! I will recommend these guys to EVERYONE I know! Thanks Mike, John & Letty & Crew for making my Viper look New again!
