Incredible customer service! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, personal .... and all with a friendly smile. They really know how to take care of you. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. I was really impressed with how Elizabeth and Sue suggested services AAA had that complimented my travel plans and insurance. Short story: my son got into an accident (car totaled, but no one hurt) 2000 miles away. I was so worried and tense because I couldnt be there quickly to help. While he was standing outside the car talking to me on the phone, AAA pulls up...a wave of comfort came over me knowing someone was there to help my boy. I got the Motor Club card he used to call for help from Sue. Thank You, Sue. So nice. They have won me over for life.
