I used Beth to book my destination wedding in Jamaica. It started great she helped me narrow down a great resort. I decided on a resort and we set up the dates. She congratulated me on booking my destination wedding and it was downhill from there. I had decided on Sat May 21, after a month of me submitting my paperwork to her to send off to the resort, she finally sent it in to the resort and that date and time I wanted had already been booked by another bride. I then had to move my date to Fri the 20th, which caused me to have to move my departure date up a day since we had to be there 3 days ahead. She changed us to leave on Tues and I told her that I still wanted my family to leave on Wednesday like we had previously decided on. She sent the information to my mom and she had booked them to get there on Tuesday. My mom called her to have it changed back to wed. She sent her another invoice and she didnt change it again. The wedding department emailed Beth letting her know what I need to send to them for wedding documentation, she never sent this information to me. I finally decided to ask the wedding department what I needed to do and they informed me that they had sent that information to beth and forwarded the email to her on to me. Beth wanted to be copied in on all emails to the wedding coordinator, but after that I felt there was no need to do that. We booked flights in Oct. She sent an email to my mom teling her to send her a credit card number since she had a debit card on file and it wouldnt allow that amount in a day. My mom emailed her back the information. In Feb when Beths accountant realized they had over charged her $1800. They also told her that there flights had never been booked. Thankfully there were still seats available. They told her mid-feb they would send her a refund check for the over charged amount. She finally received that end of March. Needless to say I would not recommend using Beth to book your trip!

I was told by a few different friends to have Beth assist my fiance and I in planning our honeymoon. I had never used a travel agent before and didnt really know what it was like, but man am I thankful for her and her staff now! I emailed Beth, got a quick response, and met with her in person soon after that on a Saturday morning (she opened her office on a Saturday because I requested a Saturday appointment as I am up at school during the week and couldnt make it on a weekday). The entire appointment flew by because we were laughing so much and having so much fun! It was great to go over ideas with her. I told her about my fiance and I and what we were envisioning for a honeymoon and different concerns that we had. From the information she gathered from me, she collected several different options of trips she thought we would love. We wanted something adventurous and out of the ordinary and didnt want to go on a trip where the main attraction was laying on the beach. We are so excited to fly out to England the day after our wedding and then get onto a cruise ship to Norway!! It really does seem like the perfect trip for us. I am SO thankful for all that Beth has done for us and will do until the day that we leave. A couple of the other reviews on here were shocking to me because Ive had SUCH a great experience with Travel by Beth. Please do yourself a favor and ask her for her assistance! She will make your life much easier :)

Travel by Beth ~ (Gigi Henderson) did an excellent job finding the perfect all-inclusive, adult-only resort in Playa Del Carmen for my husband and I for our 10th wedding anniversary! We had planned to take a cab to Tulum to see the ruins and a cenote one day, take a ferry to Cozumel another day, and visit 5th Avenue shops and restaurants some afternoon/evening. We loved El Dorado Seaside so much and were having such a wonderful and relaxing time we never left the resort!!! The staff at El Dorado far exceeded our expectations, they were friendly, helpful, gracious and sincere. The food and accommodations were amazing. I cant say enough wonderful things about this trip. I feel very blessed to have been able to do so. Thank you TBB and Gigi!!! It was fabulous!

We are so glad that we went to see Nikki at Travel by Beth to plan our Disney vacation. We went on our first cruise, 4-night Disney Bahamian, and it was wonderful. Nikki set up a weekend stay at Disney and a trip to Epcot at the end of the week as well. She even planned our hotel to park and cruise. Everything went very smoothly and out experience was wonderful. The extra time she took to meet with us one last time before we left to make sure we had everything we needed was so appreciated. She even took the time to put together a Disney travel bag for us that was specific to our trip. I would highly recommend seeing Nikki at Travel by Beth before making any vacation plans. We will definitely be planning with her again.

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Kietzman from the Travel by Beth travel agency. She did a terrific job of taking care of everything and giving us the carefree vacation we needed. Stephanie asked many questions to figure out exactly what I wanted and recommended the Royal hotel at Play Del Carmen which was a perfect getaway. I have every intention of having Stephanie plan our next vacation. She has already given me a few suggestions so the planning has started. Thank You so much Stephanie, you did and continue to do a terrific job guiding us in the right direction. Truly appreciate all you do!

I contacted Beth 3 months before we were to travel internationally. She told me to e-mail her. I did and then no response. After 2 weeks my husband contacted her she apologized and sent a response to my original e-mail. We leave next week on a trip where I booked and arranged everything, because she never contacted us again or did anything to help us. When I hear her radio ads I cringe, because she had absolutely no customer service.

Beth and her company have planned several trips for our family. Some of these trips have been out of the country and we travel with our small children. Each trip she has planned has gone so smooth. We feel completely comfortable with all of her suggestions and have always had nothing but wonderful memories! I highly recommend Travel By Beth and recommend her to anyone who has travel needs!!

We met with Beth to begin planning a carribean destination wedding. She told my fiancé based on his past (relatively minor) criminal record he would be very unlikely to receive a passport, and she refused to answer any of our emails until he was granted one. Once his passport came - 4 weeks, no issues - we called Island Bridal and have now booked trips for us and our families.
