Nancy is very knowledgeable about Hawaii, there is no doubt about that but, we felt she wouldnt listen to us and help us plan the vacation that we wanted and answer our questions to get the information we were looking for. We felt instead, like she planned our vacation based on what she wanted and where she likes to go. And, with this being our first trip to Hawaii, we made the mistake of not having a "budget" cause we didnt know any better. We stayed in top notch places that felt way out of our league and made us feel really uncomfortable. It did not turn out at all being the "laid back vacation that we needed". After spending 10 days on 3 different islands we realized how differently we would have planned our trip and how much money we could have saved and really had the vacation of "our" dreams. As they say, "if I knew then what I know now"...........

Fantastic experiences always using Creative Travel Center. They booked my trips exactly where I wanted - not trying to push me into a place I did not want to go (unlike other places I had called in the past). They got us outstanding upgrades for only a few dollars more at Sandals in Jamaica. If you are looking for a trip or a cruise - call them or stop in. They are easy to find on Plainfield Road.
