We are so fortune to have been able to work with Stephanie Szigetvari and Coldwell Banker in not only the purchase of our last home, but also the selling and buying of the two prior. Immediately working with Stephanie you can tell that this more than just her job, but it is providing excellent service and being a expert in the industry. Stephanie proves each time that she is dedicated to what she does, knows the local market and is there for you at all times. Stephanie has led us through multiple rounds of negotiation over the years, remains the calm one through it all, provides feedback, and always helps us to get to a price we were comfortable with and a house to call home. In the end she was always there to answer our questions, gives us advice when asked for, and while working with her you feel that finding a home or selling our current one was more important to her than closing a deal. We would recommend Stephanie Szigetvari to anyone.

Steer clear folks. This is not a good agency to work with. They will sell you up front on their wonderful service, then skate on everything after that just to close the deal for themselves. Poor follow-through, unprofessional behavior, errors in standard business transactions, you name it. Sadly, this comes from the top. We took issues to the broker in charge, Stephanie, and to the corporate office. They are more concerned about protecting their own than they are about customer service. Lip service to every issue. Highly recommend that you use a different agency.
