We decided to list our house with Jane Lee after looking at many properties with our buying agent. We were impressed with the houses that Jane was selling. She had beautiful brochures on the counter for buyers to look at and the houses were staged nicely. We ended up buying a house she listed. During negotiations she stood up for her seller and was respectful to us, the buyers. Having purchased a new house, it was time to put our old house on the market. Jane was quick to respond to our inquiries, provided a thorough market analysis, and represented us professionally. We knew our house would not be easy to sell as it was not a cookie cutter house. Janes staff, especially Heather and Hope were very efficient and hard working. At no point were we pushed towards price cuts.. All pricing changes were our idea. Our neighbor of 18 years was listing their house and asked if we would recommend Jane. Absolutely! They are now listed with her as well.

Had an extremely terrible experience with Jane herself over the phone. I called with best intentions to let her know that the house she has listed and that is getting built on my street has a lot of garbage accumulating outside of the construction area. I called the builder the week before, but hadnt heard back. Instead of thanking me, Jane yelled at me saying that its not her problem, to call the builder and that she has nothing to do with it. Extremely rude! Would NEVER recommend for someone to deal with this type of attitude. The proper respone would have been "thanks for letting me know. I will reach out to the builder and we will take care of it. I appreciate you letting ME know instead of calling the police and getting us a citation. I want all my listed properties to look presentable." How disappointing it is to get yelled at when youre trying to help someone. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Jane Lee is a very dishonest agent. Have a question she wont talk to you on the phone emails only. When you send a email you get one word answers with no explanation what so ever. That just does not work. Have an issue with a property she will tell you everything was fixed when in fact it was not even touched. Now she re-lists properties with a price change just to get it renewed on the MLS and guess what the price was not changed same price for months. Awful experience working with this agent.

I interviewed multiple real estate agents prior to selling my home in Lake County, IL. I chose Jane Lee because of her professional approach and knowlege of the real estate market. I was travelling extensively while my home was on the market. Jane and her team maintained contact, and acted with the appropriate sense of urgency on all aspects of the sale, including showings, open houses, home checks, and the pre-close process. I highly recommend Jane for your real estate needs.

WOW! What an experience working with Ilene Nye of REMAXs Jane Lee Team. She was extremely disrespectful, conceited and dishonest. She didnt disclose that there is an ongoing lawsuit against the HOA (which I learned from another agent). If you want to save all the disappointment and frustration, you are better off working with someone else.

I have a very bad experience with Re/Max top performers. They have rented the apartment to someone else after I signing the lease from my side and getting cashiers check (for security deposit and first months rent). This is highly unprofessional behavior and should be avoided by any realtors. I will never deal with this agency in future.
