I did not like listening to Erika Myrie her English is bad and her spelling is even worse, she lies so much you can not believe her. She makes many mistakes on her listings, she is rude and know it all. I am so happy I did not sign a contract with her. It is apparent she is new real estate agent because she does not know real estate law, federal law and Illinois state law which she violates their laws. I was buying Real Estate when she was in diapers. Redco should train her better. Erika does not speak or write like a professional and she is very pretentious. Also Erika is listings are very high, too high for the properties value, seems she is greedy and just wants to make money. There are things on her listings are incorrect that make the property seem more expensive than it is. Erika does not know who to negotiate price. Also in the beginning I referred a friend to her for a rental and she was rude and condescending and bite his head off. Erika has dollar signs in her eyes and if she can not be trusted and she does not treat renters with respect , she is not trustworthy. BE WARE she has her mind and will on the money. People like her in sales who will stretch the truth to make make money cannot be trusted. I would fire her if she worked for me and give her a recommendation of cannot be trusted.

Everyone at Redco Realty are very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling. Their managing broker, Jack Pysz, is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. His team member, Christine, was very patient and always made the time to show me properties on my schedule as well as being very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. A great find!
