Bob Arnold helped us find our first home and we loved working with him. He was recommend to us through friends who had worked with him to find their first home. Bob is knowledgeable and passionate about helping people find the right property. He was very thorough in finding properties that fit our needs, wants, and budget. He took the time to explain all the important aspects of buying a home including financing, location, home structure, negotiation, etc. Bob has a deep knowledge of the Milwaukee housing market and different neighborhoods. Even as our search was extending longer than we had hoped, we never felt like he was pressuring us into settling for a property. In the end, he helped us find the perfect home for us and helped negotiate a good price. I definitely recommend working with Bob and his team if you are looking to buy in the Milwaukee area.

Bob is the best! Ive never written a Google review but I had to give Bob 5 stars. Hes been really helpful as we are first time buyers. We had no idea what we really wanted at first and hes been very patient and accommodation. Plus hes been really honest and upfront about certain things which was refreshing. Hes not pushing you into the wrong home, he definitely seems to care about you getting into the right fit. I recommended Bob to my brother and Id recommend him to whomever is looking for a home EDIT: Just wanted to update. We had some huge issues with a lender (wont mention the companies name) but Bob fought for us. Wish I could bump up the stars from 5 but I cant recommend him enough

Bob Arnold is one of the great ones! I had been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California for over ten years and I had done a lot of deals while working with way too many Realtors to remember. I relocated to Milwaukee for a job and when it came time to buy a home I knew what was important . I needed a Realtor who really knew the business and the area especially.
