I spoke with Colleen Deininger and let me tell you I have had the misfortune of dealing with some rude and impolite sales people before but this woman jumped to the top of the list. I would highly recommend this woman spend some of her commision and invest in some customer service/legendary impression seminar. Ms Colleen must not have been paying attention when her parents attempted to teach her the lesson " treat others how you would like to be treated" or they simply didnt bother to shared that life lesson, or she values herself as more important than others and can choose who she show respect to and in which manner. I just hope someday this woman realizes there is no reason treat others with so little respect- we all put our pants on one leg at a time. .

If youre selling your house, expect her to market you below market price to make sure your house sells first. Also if you want to do something she doesnt like, for example review your contract, expect her to ask you why you need time to review and awkward silence waiting for an immediate review. As a buyer she probably would work really well since she is persistent. As a seller though I would avoid her. Shell leave you stressed out to the point where you will pay her termination fee just to avoid dealing with her again.
