I worked with Coldwell Banker real estate agent Ms. Djuja Pucar. She was professional and very knowledgeable, yet very approachable and personable. Well prepared, patient, punctual, respectful, courteous, generous with her time and availability (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). With her exceptional knowledge of the southwest suburban area, she quickly understands her buyers needs and has a very kind way of steering the buyer in a wise direction. Djuja answered tons of questions, explained every single form and every single part of the purchasing process clearly and thoroughly. Cannot recommend her enough!

A nightmare, describes our experience with this office and our listing agent, Laurie Riggs as well as the buyers agent who was also out of this office. We contacted our agent L. Riggs via email during the selling process expressing our dissatisfaction & concerns, it was ignored. We also received no response after contacting the manager at this office. It was very clear that when your back is against the wall, all they are concerned about is "their" money, youre on your own with this agent & this office. Absolutely could not recommend them based on our experience.

Ughhh. So disappointed with the realtor duo team Jean Christensen and Celine Heraty. We took off work, had them come over to meet with us about listing our house. All agreed on price, timeframe, etc. Went to their office the next day to sign the listing agreement. The following day they say theyve changed their minds and no longer want our listing? So unprofessional. Dont waste your time with these clowns. They clearly cant make up their mind what end is up or down.
