Im surprised to see any positive reviews given my very bad experience with this office and Anthony Spallone. I have rented many properties in the last 15 years and I have never had an issue with a property manager and have never had a significant portion of a security deposit retained. In this case we were held responsible for nails/screws in the walls and poorly patched/repaired walls which were present upon our move-in. In addition we were charged for sticky decals left on the wall by the prior tenant (we dont have children). My move-in documents were "lost" (though I have a copy of what I submitted) and therefore I was charged for these repairs. In addition the house was placed on the market (with no warning and no viewing by the listing agent) for 60 days prior to the end of our lease and we made significant efforts to show the house (boarding our dog etc) for about 15 showings and an inspection. We actually moved out early due to the significant inconvenience. Unfortunately we still paid rent that month, paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned per the lease, and then lost additional money due to claims of damages as above. I actually own a property which has been rented for the last 9 years and I have never behaved as Mr. Spallone has. I would not rent a property from him or list a property with him based on my experience.

Never rent with Remax masters, you as a tenant are responsible for everything, even the appliances that dont belong to you! They put a nifty clause in the lease stating the appliances are there for your convenience! They also lie and tell you they sent you a notice to vacate the premises when they didnt send you anything. Unprofessional and very sneaky, I will never rent a Remax managed property again.

The worst experience renting an apartment with this people!! Very weird to communicate, never answer phone calls, horrible customer service and cero understanding of humanity and respect. Also, save yourself a lot of money by renting from direct property owners, I am sure Re/Max Masters keep a huge portion of the rent cost without really doing nothing for the tenets. I will never use them again!
