I rented a home and the fridge went out. I called and was told to go buy a cooler for my things. I called numerous times about the door lock not working and it was never fixed. I moved out in December. From my $875 deposit I got $421 back. On my walk through I was told 2 blinds needed replaced and the bushes trimmed. I called today and was told they kept $70 for maintenance fees, and on top of the non refundable pet fee (which I knew about), they kept an additional $200 for carpet fees. My carpet looked like it did when I moved in. 3 rooms was carpeted. I was told the pet fee is me just paying the owner to allow me to have pets. Everyone was very rude that I dealt with. Never again will I use remax for anything. I wish I knew the owner to the house so I can tell him how renters in his home are being treated.

Were currently a client of theirs the office always picks up the phone but the owners seem like they dont really value their customers. I have called several times when they refuse to pick up the phone.. its common courtesy to at least send a text message saying Ill call you back in a second or something but they rarely ever call back the office is good though. Seems like they dont really care if the property is going to get rented out or not. It sat on the market for like 3 months. Thats when I decided to put it on Craigslist and it rented out the next week... they take fairly good care of the property though. And their the cheapest around.. its your call

Contacted Rae Gleason on Tuesday to inquire about selling our house. She said she would come out on Thursday at 7pm. We waited and she never showed up or even called or text saying anything about not being able to make it. I text her and no response. If this is how they conduct business I want no part of it. Worst agency I have dealt with. Do not recommend. If they cant even show up why would I think they would take care of selling our home. Worst experience I have ever had.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had renting a house. We are the owners and the house was broken into and the door was never fixed. Our lawn was never mowed we had to call a company and get it fixed. Our rent money is always paid late due to the company holding it we have been verbally told off saying that Raes hair is more important than her customers

They totally took most of our deposit! Be carful and point out any and every flaw u see when u move in and make sure its documented and signed off by them. The homeowners replaced all the floors and painted but yet this company charged us for stains on carpet, knicks on wall and floor!!!!!!!!!

One person was very rude and showed up 11 min late to our apointment. She was also accusing us of lying because of at and t internet box which was already there when we moved in she say we put it there, but we dont even use at and t at all.

They didnt notify us after agreeing to fix over $500 in repairs. They said they had the wrong email address but they never tried to call and notify us as homeowners or make sure we were contacted. Very unprofessional.
