If you have experienced the stress of selling your home under the present real-estate market, you will appreciate someone like Tony Mitidiero. Tony is insightful, resourceful, and very dedicated to his work. He will commit to selling your home in the shortest amount of time and with the most complete advertising available, while always watching out for your best interest. Tony had a professional photographer come in and take pictures of my home. The pictures were exquisite, not missing any detail. Due to his diligence, my home placed on the market on Monday and received a solid contract by the following Saturday. After that, it took about a month and the deal was finalized. I know this experience might not be the same for everyone, but he will provide support throughout the entire process. If you want top dollar for your home, you need someone like Tony on your side. He comes from generations of experienced realtors that know what they are doing to help you sell or to help you get your dream home. Working with Tony to purchase a home with my fiancée was a great experience. The guy was on vacation riding his motorcycle somewhere in the desert first time I called him and got his voicemail. He pulled over and called me back within 5 minutes of my call. Through the whole process he was quick to respond to any call, text, or email I sent him. Going through different houses we always felt like he was looking out for our best interest. With Tony it wasnt just a guided tour, often times looking for anything wrong with the potential property and the knowledge of the costs to correctly repair any issues. Keeping in mind of location and resale value down the road. Putting in an offer on our house he went through the contract line by line to make sure we understood the contract. Tony kept in contact through the entire purchasing process answering any questions or concerns. You have to have a passion for something that you do and do well. Tony Mitidiero has just that! I live in a small town in Alabama, Tony is located in Chicago, not exactly next door. I contacted Tony to see if he could point me in the right direction on some real estate. He took his time not only to help me with a budget but also contacted another agent in Alabama for me. Tony explained my needs to the other Agent as well as a budget that would work for us. Tony did a great job! We would use him again for sure! Weve had some really bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. They can be pretty shady. Knowing this, we were hesitant at first, but Tony set us at ease! Once we started working together, my husband and I pretty much let him take over. We are so glad we did!
