It seems like other people have some pretty bad experiences with this realtor. I am not without my own annoyances , but they have not been so bad at the complex we are renting in on state line road. In the 9 months Ive rented here our refrigerator has died twice. However, their matainance guy was here both times within a few hours to replace it. So I cant complain too much. Our thermostat was ancient, the kind that had a Mercury thermometer taped to the inside. I complained and it was replaced that day, so no biggy again. It seems like they dont really have too much of an issue replacing things . The carpet and windows in my apartment were brand new when I moved in. My other large complaint is that we were told each apartment is assigned 2 parking spaces. We discovered when we started moving in that we only had one space and one of the other rooms had three spaces. I imagine this was worked in the past to accommodate someone with three vehicles, so they took it from someone that only needed one. I brought this to their attention and was told that when someone moved out that they would reassign the parking spot. I ended up not pressing the issue very far because the visitor parking is actually closer than where our second spot should , but it still somewhat vexes me. Lastly, The closet in the second bedroom has the washer and dryer in it. We dont use our second bedroom for anything other than storage since we have a lot of equipment from the army, but I thought that would be pretty annoying if anyone was actually living in that room so I decided to include it in this review. I cant speak for the rest of the properties, but the apartment we have at durrett village is a pretty cheap price , and our complaints were answered in a timely manner for the most part. I dont regret living here.

Bob ponsley was the rudest realtor Ive ever worked with in my life. Couldnt find the property, tried say we wouldnt be approved (when the rent for the prop we wanted was half of what we currently pay with no problem) (and we got approved for his property)said they wouldnt want to rent to us because we arent married?? Only had negative feedback and even went as far as to make negative comments about my four month old son and said my marriage was failing because we combine our money and doubted the fact weve been together 10 years. Very unproffessional but the ladies at the downtown office were amazing.

And now black mold! We where not tolled that the last tent had to fire her gun to keep someone from coming in and killing her. That the next-door apt had been broken into more then 3 times in this last summer. Apt was not clear or painted when we moved in. No one ever cuts grass or cares fir property. Now we have black mold and they just spray bleach on it. It comes back! Its in the walls. Dont rent on hadley Dr.

If I could put no stars I would this company is an absolute disgrace. We had stuff stolen from our rental by one of their employees and not a thing was done. The GM actually had the audacity to accuse my husband of lying, keep in mind my husband is a law enforcement officer. Do not rent from this company

Byers and Harvey manages the house were renting. They do a good job with work orders and are flexible when scheduling maintenance and inspections. Nice office staff.
