I bought a condo in Ukrainian Village four years ago, and unfortunately it was under water by over $100K. I couldnt refinance because the comps were too low in my building. I tried getting a modification from my mortgage company, but they wouldnt go through with it. I was referrred to Remax Vision by another friend of mine who had been through the same thing as myself. The same day I called I spoke with the Broker Jason Palermo who spent almost an hour on the phone with me going over all of my options and explaining the whole process. By the next day they had an agent over to take pictures, and a few days later showings. I was told that it would take several months, which it did. But Im happy to say that I was finally able to sell it and walk away without any debt or fear of creditors looming over my head. The entire office at Remax Vision were friendly and thorough. I cant say how amazed I was with the great service I got from this company. Anytime I had a question the broker and agent were there for me. If you are thinking about going through a short sale I would highly recommend Remax Vision.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a home in July for the first time. Our agent made this a bad experience. He only wanted to show us houses that he was looking to sell. When we finally agreed to a purchase, one of the conditions was for the seller to update the appliances. We noticed that all the appliances were not updated. Our realtor "Terrance Muse" stated that if we agreed to the purchase with the appliances as they were, he would then give us a cash credit from his own commission check to update them on our own. It is now October and we have not received any of it. We took his word for it and realized that he only said it for us to buy the house. We contacted him about it and he just kept giving us the runaround saying the office sent it or Ill send it to you just give me a couple of days or even ignore the calls unless it was from a different phone number. Overall bad experience and would not recommend him to anyone.

I am an agent in an over 55 community. One of these "ReMax Vision" agents made an appointment to show one of my listings, owned by an 80 year old woman. When he didnt keep the appointment or call I called him an hour and a half later. He said" let me call my client". I asked specifically if he was still planning to go there because the seller had prepared for the showing. He said yes. He never called back, he never showed up. That is so rude! No wonder the public has a low opinion of realtors, this was totally unprofessional.
