As embarrassed as I am to write this at least 40 people at my July wedding did not get fed a main entree at my wedding catered by wild asparagus. The most frustrating part is they have taken zero responsibility for this error. I have all the emails saved regarding the communication between us and wild asparagus dating back to February. In a email I have that wild asparagus is the ones who suggested two sliders per person and to add mac n cheese. My wife did not want mac n cheese served at our wedding. We also took off the second salad as we did not feel it was necessary to have two salads. After we paid 50% of the bill, during the months of April thru June not one word was discussed about the menu quantities. As this was an all outdoor wedding I was preoccupied with all the other items that were needed to bring in. The only mention of the menu from wild asparagus was when we gave our final head count, which was 5 more than original, and I quote "I dont think you need to add any more food." Having put my money and trust into wild asparagus I did not think anything of it and didnt look over the menu quantities again. To make my mind more at ease while I was at wild asparagus the week of the wedding I was also told "dont worry, there will be plenty of food." 25% OF OUR GUESTS DID NOT EAT to include myself and my bride and most of the wedding party. Some of the lucky guests were able to get there hands on some cardboard pizza. I hope no one experiences the feeling that me and my wife felt the days after our wedding and also while on our honeymoon. I was baffled when wild asparagus took no responsibility for this large error in calculation and basically blamed everything on my wife, her mother and our "rude" guests who filled up their plates while passing thru the buffet line when we adamantly said we did not want a buffet and wanted grab and go type stations in the first place. I could ramble on more and provide more details and comments on what I know wild asparagus will say in response but If youre looking for a planner/caterer combo I would look elsewhere.

Wild Asparagus catered my wedding last weekend and they were great! I still have family complimenting me on the appetizers and entrees. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even prepared a little plate of appetizers for my husband and I during cocktail hour so we wouldnt miss out. The food was brought out in a timely manner and when it came time to break down a few tables that were on the dance floor, I didnt even notice! Went downstairs to freshen up for 5-8 minutes and by the time I came back it was done! Very happy with the food and service.

Once again, Wild Asparagus has exceeded my expectations! They have catered several events for me, as well as for several of my friends. This weekend was no exception!!! They made the planning process so easy, the staff is always professional, and the food is unbelievable. My guests ALWAYS rave about the food! I look forward to catering with you again and again. My wife and I attended a party that was catered and staffed by Wild Asparagus. The variety of hors doeuvres was amazing, beautifully presented, and delicious. Desserts were equally yummy, served in cool little glasses with tiny little spoons. Their attention to detail was first class! Everyone raved about the delicious food. Highly recommended.

We were at a wedding catered by Wild Asparagus last month and the caterer RAN OUT OF FOOD. More than 30 guests didnt get to eat. I can only imagine how mortifying that was for the bride and groom. I wouldnt trust this place to make my special event stress free.
