I came in for my wheel alignment appointment, a blond lady "took care of me" by requiring my signature on a blank work order and then telling me to sit down on the other side of the room. 5 minutes later she was asking me questions yelling at me from across the room. The lady was very unpleasant, loud and rude. That alone made me not want to come back ever again. Since my car was already in the garage I decided to sit tight through this one and spend my money out there anyway. I was told the wheel alignment and oil change would take an hour. 90 minutes later a man comes up to me saying they are finishing up the alignment, now they have to wait for the parts to cool down and then they will do the oil change. He said they could have done it before the alignment... (why didnt they???) So being 30 minutes late already - now they are telling me I will be there 45 minutes more? That makes it 2 hours 15 minutes, compare that to 1 hour. Overall, unpleasant, rude behavior, very unprofessional estimate, and apparently they are not sure what to do in the garage, either.

I got robbed by those people!!! I towed my truck there for no starting issue. They replaced fuel pump for $1500 and the pump was good all along I had it checked by local Chevrolet dealer, then they replaced fuel pump module and charged another $570. after all they left huge mess in my car, ripped one of the seats, lost my wheel cap and now my ABS and TCS lights are on and they said that this is not their problem, before my car entered the shop everything was ok with the ABS and TCS. Well Im not coming back never again!!!! BE AWARE!!!!

I had a problem with a pull following a rotation and balance I had done at this shop. I came back twice because the car was pulling heavy to one side. Both times they took over an hour to look at the tires. Assured me that everything was balanced. When I took it to another shop they were quickly able to tell me that the belts on the front tires had some wearing which is easy enough to see on balancing with an experienced technician. These guys simply lack the expertise to get the job done.

Terrible. Charged me $200 over quoted price for new tires. Gave my car with 20,000mi an alignment it didnt need and only made it worse. Also feeling a vibration that was never there. Went back and they returned the alignment fee, at least, but they were also supposed to fix the alignment and balance the wheels again, both of which are still no better. Ill never get service at a Pepboys again. Either their machines are off or their people are.

I went to this location bought a set of tires had shocks installed and and alignment done and on the receipt it said they also did an complementary vehicle check got home heard scraping from the brakes. I changed them and it was metal to metal and they said they check the vehicle and i spent a lot of money here. Very bad work and they took 3 hrs working in my truck.

I arrived 1 hour after the store opened and was advised there were 7 cars ahead of me. Since there were no customers in the waiting room I assumed they all did drop offs. Fine!! Just let customers know that walk ins are not appreciated and work is done by appointment only. I simply needed my tire fixed. I was advised it would be at least 2 hours.

Jessica, the manager, is hard of hearing. I went in there to change the belt tensioner and the pulley but apparently she only heard belt tensioner. Overpriced on labor. Thats the last time Im going to a pep boys for anything!
