Worst tow company ever They have taking two weeks saying everyday that they would come and get the car today. The customer service is a joke. They say they will call you back and never do, Also there management is awful i called to get some help and anthony (the supposed manager) hung up on me. i had to call back only to be told o he left for the day. I HAVE NEVER MET ANY COMPANY THIS DISORGANIZED, RUDE AND JUST UTERLY LAZY. My recommendation as some who has to get cars towed all the time, would be dont bother calling this company call KELLY BUYER. Kelly buyer is awesome and had my car towed for same money that day. Dont let this company keep getting away with lying to people and saying most money offered when its not.

What a bunch of absolute dirtbags. Pompus half-wits who have benefit from a cushy arrangement with the city of Forest Park driving their entire business. If they had real competition, they would be bankrupt in a month. And to be sure, when you call them, they will make a point to tell you how they arent "hard up for money". Congratulations. And to think I was calling to make a payment for somebody else. Moreover, should you dare question them, they will give you the typical "you dont know who you are dealing with" faux-mafia spiel. My car wouldnt start on a very busy day. I called H&R based on the reviews. They were exceptionally polite, and made suggestions based on several possible scenarios. They even admitted that a Sears battery would probably be cheaper than theirs. With time being a very important factor, I decided to use them for the tow and battery. They were at my house within 10 minutes of my call. This was impressive because at the time they dispatched the driver they did not know I was planning to buy a battery too. They installed the battery immediately after I arrived at their shop. Everyone was cordial. Dog included. I will use their service again.

My insurance company dispatched this companys tow truck service for my car that wouldnt start. EXCELLENT SERVICE! My car was parallel parked on North Ave during rush hour between two cars - the one behind me was parked so close he was almost touching my bumper! The tow truck driver was so nice and funny, even though he was dealing with a frustrating situation. It took him over half an hour to get my car on the truck (much less time than I thought it would take!) and he did it carefully and professionally. It made a bad day go smoother:) Thank you!!!

Forgot and left the lights on my old truck at the L station in Forest Park. We called H & R Towing and they came out in about 20 minutes and had us started in about 2. They were very friendly. Really appreciated the service. Would definitely recommend them.

5 stars!! My car broke on the high way and this was the closest auto repair. Unfortunately they were booked 2 days in advance so they could not help me, but they checked out and identiifed the problem which itself was a big relief.

Weve been using H+R for years. Great service - always exceedingly fair. Never pressure to do something right away when its not need - but a clear understanding of every problem. Timely and helpful. - Cant go wrong.

These drivers have no respect for anyone else on the road. The block intersections and do not allow cars to pass. This is completely unacceptable when they are not even on a call. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Before I bought a used car I had them inspect it for me. They did a thorough test, gave me recommendations and did it all for less than what other places were charging. Fast and friendly. Will use them again
