Rick did a great job of working with us to get us exactly what we wanted! We didnt want anything too fancy but we wanted to make sure all of our guests were full. Redbird Catering did the job without breaking the bank! Rick & his crew were set up & ready on time for our fast paced wedding day. We didnt have to worry about anything. The chicken was delicious and Im told the ham was too. We also had green beans, roasted potatoes, rolls, and salad. We kept the drinks simple with water, lemonade, and tea and all were mixed well and cold.

I order from Redbird Catering frequently for the office. Rick & his team are really easy to work with and always accommodate all our requests. They set up on time, make sure the food stays hot, and clear everything away professionally and efficiently. When Im not quite sure what to order, Rick provides great suggestions and I value his opinion. I would call this no-frills, homestyle cooking - just want I need to feed a hungry group of farmers!

Rick worked with us to get the right beverages (beer and wine) for my daughters wedding reception. They were professional and efficient. The price was fair. I am very pleased with the bar service provided by Redbird Catering.
