If I can give them no stars I would...if all your getting is a muffler job or brakes then ok, but even then be weary of their brake jobs cause they have even managed to get that wrong...they maybe have one guy that knows what hes doing because he got the right training but for the most part, they are just "parts changer" mechanics...technicians?? Not really...lets not forget "scanner" mechanics. Anyone with decent training will tell you that a scanner is only a guide as to what the problem may be...sometimes it may be a simple fix but sometimes you may actually have to do some diagnosing there Mr. Velasquez...case in point, Mr. Velasquez swindled me into replacing my catalytic converter simply because I had a p0420 code which is for a catalyst deficiency however...there are so many other things that are part of the emissions system that can affect and cause a p0420 code in which case you dont necessarily have to replace the catalytic converter, which is not cheap, and a well trained technician would be honest and know that. Needles to say, he replaced it but a couple days later the check engine light came back on and surprise, same code. Took it back to him, fed me garbage, cleared the light with the scanner and said it would be fine...couple days later, same thing. Now I had to pass emissions and I did but it wasnt because of any fixing they did...I simply passed because I lucked out that the check engine light was not on and only one monitor was not set. But the monitor not set was the CAT monitor which has to do with catalyst system...after the emissions test the light came back on and the same code again...Velasquez at this point refused to honor any of their repairs and of course they wanted more money because it is apparently a different problem with the car...fast forward a year, still same light and code...I went to UTI and there I learned that a simple cleaning of my MAF sensor and throttle body actually fixed the problem! No more light and no need to replace another catalytic converter and the car responses a lot better which was because of the throttle body cleaning...now Im not saying that to be the solution for anybody with a p0420 code but for my car...it was. Velasquez is garbage and dont know how to diagnose if their life depended on it and they overcharge!

Will never go there again, they think they are so smart just to tell you anything and you should believe DO NOT TRUST THEM with your car they damage mine and never admit to fix it, yet its only like 10 minutes work to fix no parts or anything instead they claim it was before Like I will go there and lie to save 20$ I could pay anyone to fix it, I will find myself new place to go to repair my car, In top of all that you should expect to wait one and half hours for oil change because the staff inside are just so busy chatting and walking around.

Avoid it if possible .. so what that they fix rigt away really fast and really cheap.. if the work that they do on car is worthless.. came there to fic the stupid air leak on a tire.. they fix fast for $15 so what.. after couple days I checked the pressure and was low.. so the tire was still liking.. went to fix to different shop.. and they told me that somebody didnt fix it properly didnt even put a patch... woow never ever returning to this wotrhles place.. rather pay double and wait more.. and fix it properly!!!

Had work done less than 4 months ago on my exhaust down pipe, it cracked in half so I took it back. I handed them the receipt for the work I had done, instantly they said "that wasnt us" and "were not going to fix that" I originally paid 60 bucks to have my exhaust repaired and now they said itll cost $320!!! The pipe was clearly broken on the new shiny pipe that velasquez installed, I will never come here again do to shady work and them trying to rip me off!

Went in for muffler and tail pipe and jeep was louder when I got it back!! I complained and wanted another $100 for another part. Was so upset and gave it to me free and car is still loud. In addition, removed my catalytic converter and said it was fine. I think this is illegal but said he would be responseable if anything happened. Will never do business here again. I will have to take my car elsewhere to fix the loudness.

Had break pads and rotors done on my vehicle. 1 month later it was worst than what it was before the work was done. I took it back and they refuse to fix the issue. Came back a third time then they finally installed front and rear rotors and pads. Never returning again

Crooks!! RUN!!! Paid $550 for the Ac to get fixed. Drove off and seen the Ac was not Fixed! Brought my car back 4 times and they tried to charge me an additional $600 Took to another place they charged me $40 and now it works ! Wow

Got me in right away...now I know why. Installed a catalytic converter, managed to find a pipe that needed replacing to almost double my cost. Then when I needed info to get my emissions passed, they were super unhelpful. Gee thanks.

Wanted a alignment...then they gave me a list of all my suspension needed replaced with parts i got fixed couple years prior i immediatly told them take my car back out crooks..took them 10 minutes to check all that? Shady place

Terrible service. Overpriced like crazy they just bs to get money off of you. Waited 2 hours to get my car checked while 2 mechanics were laughing and talking with the front lady. All bs bs bs bs talk.

Great place, if you like being overcharged for work that didnt even get done. If they think you dont have car knowledge they will rake your pockets. Avoid at all costs if you like your money.
