tried really hard over time to give this place a chance. I feel more comfortable with the Firestone name and it is literally minutes away from my home but after 3 or 4 visits I find that others like me like going their probably for the same reasons and therefore the level of customer service is not what it should be. Do not get me wrong no one has ever been rude to me, but I have had issues and today was the last straw. I have been having on-going problems with heat in my Dodge, I took it to a local mechanic who said it wasnt the TStat, and then I took it to firestone that charged me for a flush, a gasket repair, a new Tstat.. with no improvement (which makes me think they charged me for a bunch of stuff just to make some money), then when I got the car back the dash light below the temperature gauge is now mysteriously broken -- so I am thinking the car is old and there is a lot going on.. lets not be paranoid, then today I have my mom take the car in to have a light repaired, in the past they have done it for $10 and change today they want the same job to be $50 and change... and then say they will not even deal with the light unless I replace the case - which you do the math $10 light every 3-4 months until I can afford repair or $300 case ... I am not going here anymore. Ed Utsch doesnt understand customer service, just smiles a lot and gives a good pretense at it. I trusted these people and now I am starting to think they dont care about me or my vehicle just making money.

I stopped going here about 10 years ago because they recommended unnecessary repairs on multiple occasions. My wife took her van in recently and they gave her the runaround. After taking it for a test drive and inspecting it, they provided a quote for service work. A few hours later a tech called her up telling her she needed double the amount of work done and that she needed two new front tires. Unbeknownst to him, the tires were bought there (under my name) and were still under warranty. When she called him out on it, he tried to backpedal and say she voided the warranty. Long story short, she got two new front tires (after arguing with them for a day), the extra work he claimed was needed was not needed, and they matched their original quote. Unfortunately, the work they quoted did not fix the problem. She took it back and this time they told her something totally different needed to be replaced. Payed to have it done and there are still noises in the suspension. If you know nothing about cars, like being taken advantage of, and overcharged for parts and labor, then this is the place for you!

I have tried this place 3 separate times, mostly because it is very nearby. First was for tires. That was an easy, mostly painless experience. Second was for wipers that didnt work. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money to replace the wiper motor. I declined. I worked on it myself for a while and found out that the problem was actually grounding, not the motor. The third and last time was to replace coils and spark plugs. Again, they wanted an insane amount of money. I placed a call to the car dealership and they would have done the same work for less than HALF the price. LESS THAN HALF. They did begrudgingly lower the price, though it was still 30-40% more than the dealership.

I could not negate the opportunity of sharing my overall poor customer service experience and service performed on my vehicle. The staff is at best mediocre when explaining the issues occurring in my vehicle. At least this would not be of major concern to myself if they had actually performed a proper service on aligning my car. I would strongly recommend that you look to service your car elsewhere, it is incredibly difficult and frustrating at times to find technicians you can trust, but do not start your search here.

They overcharged me to replace the rear brakes and rotors on my truck ($600). On top of that they used extremely cheap components and my brakes squeal extremely loud. I brought my truck back 3 times to have them fix it and they would just bandaid the problem hoping I would forget about it. Shotty work!!!!!!

Had an appointment for 9am to do a wheel alignment the car was supposed to be ready by 11. When I got there they havent even touched on it. And when I got the car(bmw) back at 11:45, the front door panel was covered in grease. Never going back there!!!
