I went here as a homeowner looking for a hard to find part. While the part was made by a manufacturer Banner didnt carry, they called the company finding out where to send me. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. It would have been the easy way out to say sorry, we dont have it, but they went the extra mile. Lucky for them, the next time I need something, I will be shopping in Banners showroom.
