Woke up on a Saturday Morning and Furnace/Thermostat went out over night. Robert Bair office called right back first thing in the morning. Virginia was really upbeat, focused, empathetic and friendly. She called right back to make sure she had our address correct, and dispatched Joe to our house within 30 minutes. Joe not only fixed our issue, but did his best to keep cost down. He showed me all the work completed, and told me what to look for to ensure the furnace kept working properly. Later that afternoon, I was concerned about something with the thermostat that I had installed myself. Called VIrginia at the office and she dispatched Joe and he was back at my house within the hour. Thaat visit took less than 30 minutes and Joe did not charge me for the second visit. Furnace is working great. We have used Bair for the past 15 years for various service calls. They are fast, and they are fair.

I called Bair for an estimate on a leaky outside spigot. I was appalled that they demanded a $27.00 fee to come out and give me an estimate. Who charges for an estimate? I complained and they quickly waived the fee making me believe its just a bullsh*t charge to make money. My tech was fine and he tightened a pipe that stopped the leak and did not charge me. My complaint is that he asked me if he could "hang some safety tags" on my water heater and when I checked, he had put his company stickers over the emergency shutoff directions. Great, now if my water heater blows up, Ill have to call them to figure out what to do. Im never calling these slimeballs again. They may seem like a reputable company but underneath they are ripoff artists.

For the past three days, we have been trying to communicate with a plumber or a service person from Robert Bair. Completely shocked by the response. We have been doing business with Robert Bair for the last ten years. Our family has spent a lot of money on their services but it is coming to a halting end. First, the receptionist told us that all service people were in a meeting all day so no one could help us. When we called the second day, we were asked to look for service elsewhere. This is shameful. I still cannot believe how a strong working relationship could turn sour so quickly. No more business for you, Robert Bair.

We called to have someone come take a look at our sump pump since our battery back up system went off. They sent Ryan out to us last night and he quickly assessed the problem and replaced our sump pump. I am very grateful for the help, especially since the rain came again today! Ill always use your company. Everytime we have an issue your staff are very effective and polite. Called 3 plumbers for an estimate kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet. Jim Dhamer Plumber came out no charge. Estimate $595.00 kitchen faucet and $250.00 replace sloan flushmate relacement system If it did not fit I would have pay for it. Stevens would charge $130.00 to come out. Too high. Robert Bair $47.00 to come out. Recommended Moen faucet and new Kohler toilet. Too pick up parts myself save great deal of money. I went with Robert Bair

Priced very favorable among their competition and Im 110% satisfied with Robert Bair Plumbing services.. I had Jeff out today to install a new single pull shower faucet and shower head. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. I will be using Robert Bair in the future for all my plumbing needs (and will request Jeff)..

the services of robert Bair plumbing,heating and air are superior. The people are prompt and come to handle problems right away. I had a furnace and air condtioner installed by the company. They worked all day until the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work. they are knowledgeable and professional.

I called to ask about replacing my existing hot water tank with an energy efficient hot water tank. I was rudely told that they didnt "know anything about the tanks except size of the tank." That was the end of the discussion??? Surprisingly unknowledgable and an "I dont give a ______ attitude."

Weve been using Robert Bair Services for nearly 10 years. Plumbing, heating, sumps, etc. Most professional services company I have ever dealt with. They can look you in the eye, tell you what is going on, and get the work done in excellent fashion.

These guys will try to rip you off. Wanted to replace our entire furnace, had another firm come over and simply replaced the board for under $200. This was the 2nd time they told us that our entire unit needed to be replaced.

When our hot water stopped we called and had someone to help within a few hours. Grant was efficient and helpful by explaining the state of our water heater. No idea how prices compare, but we had great service.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude lady on phone which is new employee. Shes not cut out for calling customers, handling service persons on site at customer and booking new appointments.

I guess theyre generally very good. That was probably a leaking toilet. I think Ive had them for heating, also. They did maintenance. Im sure I would call them back for either of those.
