I walked in at 2:00 for my hair cut. It closes at 4:00. Only one barber was there. There was only 3 people ahead of me. 3 hours later of just waiting with a friend and i finally get to go up to the chair. Its 5:00 and the first words he says to me in my entire visit is sorry were closed. The whole time i was there he chose not to say anything, not to tell me he wont cut my hair, nothing until he wants to go. I waited three hours for literally nothing. Waste of time. Im never coming back.

I arrived when the place open on a Saturday morning. There was a female stylist who didnt even acknowledge me when I entered the establishment. 5 minutes later she finally spoke to me and told me that the male hairstylist wont be in until 10 am and to come back. I came back at @ 10am she didnt acknowledge my existence again. I waited 5 more minutes and just walked out. I went next door to another hair stylist and she did a great job. Royal Fadez customer service SUCKS!!!

This place has great barbers. Came here for a fade and my barber was good really. Very happy with my fade. Staff its awesome and the barbers are friendly. Highly recommended. Call for appointments they do get busy quick.

This place is trash. The barbers in the back getting high. The dude that really messed me up was shaking with blade in his hand. Walked out 5 mins in getting haircut. Place so garbage wont recommend to my enemies.
