I had a water softener issue. The scheduling was easy. They overcommunicated and were extremely prompt. When Tim, the plumber he came out, he was extremely nice and helpful. We didnt have your typical repair, its more of a possible addition of equipment to what we have scenario. He charged us NOTHING for coming out. I have NEVER had a company not charge me to come out and look at something, especially a plumbing company. A good friend of mine owns a plumbing supply warehouse and thats unheard of. So, I will absolutely use them again because of this outstanding experience and I would refer them to anyone who needed anything plumbing or heating related.

I had no problems with Amy. I had just got back from London and of course my water heater was broken, and it was a Saturday. Called several local people but no one would come out, and one even texted me rather then return my call- so rude! I called Amy and they had someone out there that day. Water heater had to be replaced but I expected this. The gentleman that came out was kind, courteous and clean. There ended up being a slight problem with the new water heater, but they had someone out the next day to fix it. I really appreciated the Saturday call and plan on hiring Amy again when I need some plumbing things done.

8/2/2015 I called into Amy Home Services for an issue with my AC Unit. I spoke with John, the owner on 8/2/2015 (a Sunday) at 5:00 pm and he was able to assist me with having a technician come to my home within 1 hour..once again on a Sunday! The technician noted that there was an issue with the capacitor on my AC Unit. I followed up with John the next day and as a courtesy, he also waived the service fee. Very good customer service and if you have any questions or concerns, John, the owner, is definitely willing to help. I highly recommend checking Amy Home Services!

Dfranco Finishes

After having no success with two other plumbing companies to find why water was backing up in our basement, we called Amy and they sent Tim out. After seeing the problem, he figured out there was a bad valve on our hot water heater -not our septic water, ran a small power rod thru our floor drain and fixed our problem in an hour. Other companies were trying to get us to jackhammer our floor out and re-plumb our basement! A job done right and fast.

ridiculously expensive! Paid $282 to have a shower cartridge replaced -- I had everything ready for tech when he arrived and took less than 20 mins to actually do the work. As a repeat customer of Amy I would have expected better for pricing. I will think twice about calling again.

I gave one star because I cant rate them any lower.Cost nine hundred plus dollars to replace sump pump.Didnt replace any line no backup nothing.Problem still exists need to find plumber will NEVER call AMYS HOME DISSERVICES again
