DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE EVER!!! CALL ANOTHER HEATING/COOLING COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!! These guys are an absolute JOKE. These LOSERS are the model of how to NOT run a business. I will NEVER recommend these guys to anybody I know or care about. I have been out of a/c for almost TWO weeks now, and some guy who gave the estimate on a new furnace is conveniently "on vacation." All the while myself and my family are basically miserable from the heat and will be staying at a hotel this weekend because we are so SICK of the heat. They have ZERO communication amongst their employees. Considering Ive been wondering where anybody is and when they will be replacing my furnace is an absolute MYSTERY!!! Im just thankful my furnace didnt crap out on me during the winter time, or else these last 2 weeks myself and my family wouldnt have had heat in our home while some guy is on his precious vacation without passing along any information to anybody else to cover the job. I will do all I can to prevent these LOSERS from servicing anybody I know and care about. I will TRASH their name at EVERY turn!!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and NEVER call this company!!! These people dont care at ALL what youre going through, and they seem bothered almost or inconvenienced for even daring asking them what the HELL is going on!!! This company is GARBAGE and I hope they go out of business real soon because that is what they DESERVE!!!! The ONLY reason they get even one star on this review is because I cant post it for people to see unless I do or else I would NEVER even give them that!!!

I moved into a new house in May, and based on the inspection, the master bath toilet was leaking and stained the drywall taping. I had Peck and Weis do reseat and seal all the toilets, clean drains, and install a faucet. Job done no problem. Then I had drywall company re-tape seam and had ceiling painted. Peck and Weis also fixed a hose spigot and serviced air conditioner. No problem. However, six months later, master bath toilet leaked again and ruined drywall job. I called them and there was zero customer service and maximum attitude. I was informed any work done was only under warranty for one month, which seems ridiculous. I think if anyone knew their policy they would never consent to hiring them. They fixed it, and so far so good, but charged me 284$ to fix it (were kind enough to give 100$ off) but in my opinion are responsible for ruining the drywall and paint job; 200$ was what just the drywall work cost. I would have been content if they just fixed the toilet at no charge - everyone makes mistakes - as was evident when the other plumber they sent out looked at the toilet. But not owning up to it and poor customer service when something went wrong will prevent me from ever calling them again.

Furnace stopped working, they were able to come out the very next day and it was just over $100 to fix. I was happy. TWO days later it breaks again. A different part. They replaced an entire assembly instead of the plastic fan that was broken. Full labor costs again. Between the two service calls TOTAL about an hour of work or less. Almost $250 in labor costs, and over charged $300 on parts that were not needed. Next time I will attempt to fix myself. Worst case I damage more parts, which doesnt matter since they will not fix or replace a broken part only entire assemblies that cost 10x more than the broken part.

The service this company provides is outstsanding I needed a new furnace last winter, and in one day they replaced it and the employees were professional, courteous,efficient, and thorough, did not leave a mess. This weekend our air conditioner failed, and again the service man assessed the problem very quickly, replace the failed part and was done in less that a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with the level of service. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a heating/cooling company I will certainly give Peck and Weis a first class recommendation!

Brett arrived from Peck & Weis to fix a malfunctioning shower valve. He called us ahead of the scheduled time to ask if he could come early, which was great for us. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and when asked a question about our water softener upon preparing to leave he gave us an educational tour of the softener then ran a test to make sure it was working properly. He was very polite, friendly and professional. We have been customers since 2008 and have always had excellent service and intend to continue to use them.

Had my furnace go out last winter which was really terrible because it was below zero at the time. Peck and Weis came to my aid with space heaters to get me through the night at no cost! It was late too... like after midnight. The next day a technician came out and cleaned out my coil and replaced an ignition part. Good as new! Saved the day and my toddler and infant at the time didnt freeze on that cold cold night. Thanks a ton for stepping up and showing up promptly.

Fast service and fixed the problem. Then why the low rating? Because their policy to to replace entire assemblies. They will NOT replace damaged parts. They replaced a broken plastic blower fan ($34 part) by replacing the entire blower assembly at a cost of $330. They said the part is not available. I googled the stamped on part number and found it in less than 10 seconds. Again, they have great quick service, but they will charge you for parts you do not need.
