I got the $20 service. Includes the hand wash, hand dry, car scent, clean windows, vaccum, clean mats, tire shine, dash wipe down, door jam wipe down, and armor all dash. This was a joke. Wasnt even busy when I went. I got the same result as if I went to a touch less car wash. I had to wipe down the mirrors, the door jams, and no car scent. I have the weather tech floor liners and all they did was wipe them down with a cloth. There was still dirt residue by the wheel wells, back and front bumper. I was going to go back and put in a complaint but if they couldnt get it done the first time, they certainly werent going to get it right the second time. Its also nasty in there. Like a messy teen-agers room. Seek elsewhere for a better wash or do it yourself.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! This place is ridiculous!! I highly suggest that this place gets on top of their stuff as in knowing what their suppose to be doing...obviously I wasnt looking for an outstanding job but god damn if I would of known that it would take literally 3 hours for my car to come out looking exactly the same I would of payed $3 at the machine car wash and it would of took less than 10 min....The staff look like they need a little training on how to "confidentiality" wash a car and everything that goes along with a car wash. It wasnt about paying $20 bucks ..its the time I wasted on my car for it to look the same.

I took my car pay 19 dollars and my car was left with spots dirty and also its black i had it just wax so did not had scratches and it looks like they where using a sand paper really thin that hapens when they dont remove the salt and dirt from your car before cleaning it i dont evem want to go to make a complan because probably they will say it was like that but. Its best to take it to machine it leaves ot better

Horrible. Came at 8am on a Saturday. The 1 guy there said hes by himself so he cant open. Then, they promised me to be done in 30 minutes. They didnt even start washing my car! I asked for refund. They said they dont refunds. I asked for manager. They direct me to the guy washing the car. He said, " Dont bother me. Talk to the owner." Horrible all the way around!

Not recommended we came from California and took our car to go get washed thinking this would be a good place because its hand wash.. worst experience ever we have the front grill plasti dip and they use the to much force that the dip came off. Let the suppose management and all they said was you should have told them. Worst place ever not even in California

Tony always makes sure my cars look great. If you want a cheap car wash do it yourself at the gas station. If you want a great hand wash take it to these guys. They always make sure to air blow the excess water out of the edges and make my rims gleam. They have even taken the time to remove cafe stains from spilled cups. Been coming here for years..

Over priced, not so great service! Still had dirt streaks on the hood of my car and my side mirrors were not dried properly. It truly amazes me they have any repeat customers. I for sure wont be going back! Save yourself the 20 plus dollars and go thru an automatic car wash because you will be seeing the same results.

Worst car wash experience I have ever had. Complete rip-offs for full detail package! Paid $150, tipped $20 and the car had dirt all over bottom and door jams! Also ripped off on wax job. They never did it. Also interior was still stained in many noticeable places! Not a paying attention to detail type of place!!!!!!

Its quite expensive and the wait is about hour and 20 minutes. They do a great job, than the other car wash I used to take my car to, they would miss some spots. As we were driving off the manager noticed the guys didnt dry off the mats and other details.

Is this a preference place ?? You get skipped from the line, car was not fully dried, they took over an hour for very poorly service, water streaks all over the car might as well go to a gas station wash cheaper and faster with the same results...

This place is average to me. They clean good but they are horrible at drying off. I expect my windows to be dried but I have to always dry my back windows repeatedly

Took way to long for the wash.did not clean what they were supposed to clean.do not know how to put floor mats back in the car.hour of my life I will not get back.
