Went to the Carwash on December 16th, 2016. I paid $21.95 for the "Ultimate" Car Wash.. When they where done, I noticed the the back seats werent touched at all. There was an empty McDonalds bag, 2 empty bottles of water, and some empty candy wrappers in the back (I have two young boys). When I brought this to the Managers attention (Oscar), he told me they completed the job. According to him they dont throw away trash because they dont know what customers consider trash, and they dont wipe down any of the interior. Also, My rims werent cleaned, my windsheild still had black residue from the wipers and my side mirrors had water dripping out of them. Which anyone who has ever gotten a car wash knows, as soon as I drive away will end up leaving streaks all over the side of my car.. Essentially all they did is a quick vacuum of the interior, put my car through the machine, and towel dried my car. No different than the job you can do at your local gas station car wash. I asked him if this is seriously the job they do for $22. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This carwash is a joke. You can go to the self serve car wash down the street, vacuum and get a machine wash for $4. Trust me. Save yourself the aggravation and Money. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Eveytiime I went there something went wrong, my Bose headset was stolen out of my compartment my car was driven off track by a worker who was drunk and then he locked the keys in the car and when I explained it to the owner he acted as if it was my fault and the last time was on a Sunday this lady was talking to her parents while in line in her car(she just left church) she got out and left her phone in the car, when they got through her phone was no longer in the car, she was crying and I ended my membership.

Took my car here and I was cool until they locked my keys in my brand new car. Took an hour for someone to bring a spare key. They wanted to pop the locks but again this is a brand new car 2016 with 1700 miles. I told them no but the cashier refused to refund me $6 which made no sense. I spoke with Mario the manager on duty and he helped with the refund. Wont be coming here again. Several other unhwppy customers also voiced about there experience while I sat and waited for my spare key.

Cashier was very professional but the guys who detailed my car are morons. They laughed at me because when I walked in the door, I slipped and almost fell because the bottom of my shoes were wet due to raining outside earlier. I didnt think it was funny. Also, its 37 degrees outside and I am the only one in the waiting area, tell me why did they turn on the air conditioner. Very ignorant of them. I will never come to Evergreen Car Wash again.

What an awful, awful experience. Scratches on my hood and my guardrail gone. D.J., the owner refused to return at minimum, the cost of the cash wash. As an added insult, the car wash itself was poor. Not even an apology. Well, police report filed and complaint placed with the Better Business Bureau. The rest, well, well see.... Just an extremely disappointing experience....

I went to get a car wash today. After tons of snow and bad weather, my car was well overdue. Besides the long wait, the staff was very professional. Most importantly, my car was thoroughly cleaned on the inside and out. I also received a free mega-million lottery ticket for getting the deluxe car wash option. Well worth the $ and wait!!!

Ive been going to this car wash for years!! I shouldve Stopped Years Ago!! Just left this car wash, doesnt even look like my car has been washed!! The Service is Awful!! The workers barely speak English!! The manager DJ barely acknowledged me. Sometimes staying in the neighborhood isnt where its at! #pissed

This car wash is the worst place Ive been to. It ripped me off. There wash didnt spray any soap on my vehicle at all just water and after paid for the full wash I was told its been down for a while. So there charging you for things thats not being done to your vehicle. This place should be shut down!

Should be closed down! I left my phone in the car on the charger, and when I returned to my car my phone wasnt there. When the police arrived, I was told that this has happened before. Its sad. Here I am supporting you guys and you return that by stealing from me? Horrible.

The last two times I have been here my car is not clean on the outside. I could still wipe dirt away on my hands when I ran them over my hood. They didnt care. They said it was in my paint. They didnt even try to clean it better. Not good service.

The wash was fine. I was not happy with the Interior cleaning at all. Didnt take long roles for wash me to see something, but they didnt do any of the consult, didnt work on any of the seat, it might be vacuumed the floor matts.

The car wash was average. There was no attention paid to rims. My gripe is that I had 2 multi device charging cables when I got out of my car. When I got home I could only find one.

The service here has declined tremendously. I recently deactivated my monthly pass because of the half done job being preformed plus the longer wait due because of fewer workers
