I had my car washed and interior work did,, I asked him to pay close attention to the inside of the windows because I smoke.. They did a good job cleaning the car.. But there are two small scratches on the outside of the passenger side rear window... I also asked them if they could locate a gold chain with a gold eagle on it.. I thoroughly checked the car before hand but it may have been under the carpet somewhere. Because the scratch on the outside of the window has a double line to it like someone was holding the eagle in a cloth after they picked it up... I dread to think that was the case. But in the past I had problems with Delta Sonic in Homewood. Those watches and interior I got was the free tickets they give you when they dont want to pay for damage to your vehicle. That was on my 2012 Charger this is a 2016. I dare not have them pre wash standing there with the hoses because the last time one of them was clumsy. And damage the spoiler on my 2012. Nevertheless Im going to Arizona to pursue a higher-paying job. And I dont want to go through all the trouble with them again. #thank God Im leaving.

Okay-The Politeness and Professionalism Of 1 Employee Saved This Place!! This seems the best out of the "bunch" of touch less car washes Ive tried. 3 stars for now-the entire exterior of the Jeep Wrangler was shiny clean except for the front bumper-and the rear drivers side black colored fender?? Did they forget about those 2 places?? Also-for those drying the car-they need to change rags more often-looks like they use the same rags!! Luckily rags didnt look too bad-just soaking wet and to an extent better than other places, they did dry off my Jeep but, wow the front bumper and rear fender-forgotten?? Fine okay-it was cold outside. Willing to give another chance because this place did pretty good on the under carriage also big plus-the employee at booth(female/Afro-American) very polite-very professional and courteous-asked another employee to make sure my roof rack could pass -which is why I will give a second chance-came in Sunday-will try a week day-maybe this will help and give this place more stars-cleanest and neatest place Ive seen thus far.

Most is the time the car wash service is ok, but the pre-wash spray down is inconsistent. Depending on the worker there at the time, they may or may not do a good job. The wipe/drying is also so-so. Ive been a loyal subscriber to their unlimited wash program which is, or was a good deal. I say was, because for the second time in a couple of years, they cancelled my wash program without notice. Each time, they raise their rate considerably. You only find out after you show up for a wash and they cant find your account. Then the clerk at the booth says, " did you change your credit card?" When I asked why dont they notify me by email, they tell me the notice is "on the receipt. This is B.S. They have my email address because just after they dropped me, I got an email for their new promotion...and guess what...The rates are almost double from $16.99 to $29.99. I guess it doesnt pay to be a loyal customer. They just list me as a customer. As far as Im concerned, this is shady business practice.

I have paid for the cleaning of my car and they just couldnt get it right at all yesterday! Spent 2.5 hours there. The worker complain of personal issues that affected their ability to perform their job script. Then acted as if I was the one with the problem. Windshell still has a spot on it as well as the back window. Perhaps I came on the wrong day? Delta Sonic receives to much money from patrons for them to not get their vehicles cleaned properly. If the employee is having personal issues perhaps he or she should stay home. All I saw were kids playing around then wipe on the vehicle alittle then walk over to another associate laugh and joke , then walk back over to the vehicle wipe alittle then repeat again You want a tip on top of that as well? No! While standing outside watching, one kid had the audacity to tell me to go have a seat they will call me! Excuse me, Im fine where I am, besides that is my vehicle.

Very good carwash. They put your car through 7+ step process to get it very clear. They also offer detailing, general, and extensive for the ext./int. The general detailing includes wiping down ext./int. Vacuuming etc;. They have an unlimited package for both for $29.99each. With this you go in ad many times as you want or need to. For an example I go in at least once a week so that comes out to $7.50 per wash, and $7.50 per detailling. But I gone in there ad many times 8-10/mth.. So you see the savings. I only pay $16.99 for ext., and $19.99 for int.. Sometimes you will get special promotions were you sign up for lower prices, and you may not reach the full $29.99. Well worth it. I believe you can get this at any Delta Sonic Carwash.

Got the $99 full interior. They did a really nice job, it was dirty. You pay for what you get! They worked on it well over 1hr 45mins. A lot of hard work! -Make sure you tip them. I had an issue with my floor-mat anchors, they were gone. It was bad, but I called and they did an incident report. Really friendly I also came back earlier to give the guy a better tip and wanted to show him a small part he missed and see if they could redo it. I was busy and they were so they gave me an entire interior voucher. All the staff there were wonderful! Very professional and courteous. They were proud of what they do and were empathetic to my fixing my issues. Thats service!

My car was hit by the car behind inside the car wash. Company told us not to worry about we would receive a letter in about a week. We did and they said it wasnt their fault and there was nothing they could do about it. I called customer service and they were very rude and unapologetic. I asked for a supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same thing. They attempted to transfer me and I was disconnected. Called back and got the same run around. I have two monthly memberships and fuel their frequently. I will be canceling them and I will not be returning unless they rectify the situation.

I pay for the unlimited interior and exterior washes. I have never left satisfied with my service. I pulled in when 1 car was in the interior wash area and they werent even working on it. I had 3 high school looking kids stare at me for at least 5 minutes before anyone approached me. Then I waited another 5 minutes inside while they sat around talking and laughing when a manager greeted to ask what I wanted. Then another time minutes until it got pulled in.

Worst Delta Sonic Ive ever been to, they have no clue of what theyre doing. Sign says get your windshield fixed free, it ended up costing me 59.99. The guy told me the sign is just to get people to ask about it. Ive cancelled all my company vehicles from going to this place and ripped all the stickers off every one of them. I use to like this place but they have to act like it matters and this is not my 7 year old having fun in the water....
