I have the monthly subscription for car washes, which is $12.99 so I think there is a lot of value with Delta Sonic. Some of their higher tier washes like the Super Kiss and Super Kiss Plus are also nice because you can return once or twice for another wash, which is very useful since it rains almost every other day here in Chicagoland. The employees range from friendly to "just there" and Ive never experienced any bad attitudes. My only complaints are that the soap isnt rinsed off completely...especially in the rear of cars and I always end up with water dripping off my side mirrors. Also, there can be a lot of other customers getting their cars washed so sometimes it can take a bit, especially if youre getting any interior stuff done.

$69 For Carpet and vinyls and car wash thinking they would clean the seats which was the main reason I came here. Then I get it like it was except its wet in the outside and the carpet. The carpet still dirty and not completely vacuumed and the seats dirty and they didnt even touch the trunks inside. The supervisor was nice though and did some cleaning I needed after I complained. Anyways, never coming back here even to get some gas.

These kIds that clean the cars suck. I did not like their effort. I paid $50 to get everything cleaned. The inside is still dirty and the outside had so many missed spots. They barely wiped the outside down and I never got the tire treatment that the girl said I was paying for. Im never going back here not even for the free wash they gave me.

Oil change service sucks!!!! They are very slow even though it says 15 mins. Be prepared to stay one hour.... thats how long I waited on these guys and it was only one car infront of me on a uncrowded day..... this is my 3rd and last time here for oil until they change the staff in the oil change dept.... smh!!!!

Took the car for a wash early in the morning before it was busy. I got the worst car wash ever and rewashed it at home.I have been there before and never had a case where dirt was left on. Although I dont like to micro-manage next time Ill get out of the car and actually see if its clean before it is dried.

This is my second review for this car wash! This time the whole drivers side door was scratched and they claim that there was didnt do it. I wash my car everyday there and trust me I would notice if there was a big scratch like that on it! What a joke! If I could give them negative stars I would.

They didnt get my vehicle year correct. Know for tact didnt check tire pressure or air filter. Then charged me for semi synthetic and assured me high mileage was used in oil change. Not sure what to think. I got what I paid for but who knows Id I got what I asked for.

I have been taking my cars here for Oil changes for about 2yrs, best people, best customer service I have seen in awhile. I will always continue my business with them they do a great job. Yes I will recommend then for friends, family co-workers etc.

FULLERS > Super kiss. My fathers suv was damaged in the front right corner by one of the machines. The supervisor denied that it was the car wash which caused it. We know 100% that one of the automated machines damaged it.

My husband surprised me and got my car detailed. I spilled cereal on the passanger side and the cereal was still there after the detailing ....they never even moved the seat..

Oil change... They left oil on my steering wheel on my windshield and on my door. I call to make a complaint and the person on the phone has an attitude. Never again!

This place is the best! Customer service is great. Their washes are top notch! And with their ultimate plan you get two free additional washes. Cant beat that!

If you dont get the interior done also the wipe dry is usally rushed ,leaving residue .
