Had a few cars in front of me. Line moved in an acceptab k e time frame. I pointed put my wheels were really dirty and wanted extra time and attention spent to bringing the rim back to life again. Had to request the man washing the car to reward each rim. Still the rims werent acceptabke. Went into off lice and got Manager. I touched each rim with my finger doing a swipe motion, got black dirt off each of the 4 rims. Manager then said it would be a few minutes and someone would work specifically on my rims. 20 minutes passed. I went out to look and 3 of the 4 rims were very much improved. Didnt have to pay extra but was irritated and spent an extra 20 minutes there. The quality of the wash was a 5 on a 10 point scale. Alot of missed areas. Maybe the employees were hot or hungry or just dont care?? Will try it again another time.

This was my first time there. I was told that it would cost $22.00 to have the exterior and full service hand wash. So I got the super wash. My car was not wiped down totally, there was dirt still left on it, the door jambs were left dirty (not cleaned at all) and the tire shine was questionable. My dealership recommended this place for my detail so I got the wash here first. The detail is not going to happen and I will be talking to my dealership.

From not cleaning the door frames, to forgetting to put my car mats in, and then on a different occasion my car mats were just turned upside down and left dirty. The first time I used EZ clean I liked how they washed my car. Every time after there has been something overlooked. I only go here when my now regular place to wash my car is too packed. Even my family stopped taken their cars here because the job wasnt great.

A mom and her young child were stranded with a flat tire in the parking lot and not one guy offered to assist her. Im a mom too , but have never changed a tire, and yet I attempted to try and help. These workers could have taken a few minutes to at least check on her and do a good deed but they chose to ignore her while she waited. Life isnt always about business people! I will never go to this car wash.

There are no prices listed anywhere at this location. I asked the manager about it and he claimed the weather washed the stickers away. He later handed me a price list on paper. The waiting area smells like a litter box. While waiting for my car the manager was taking phone calls and selling used cars. This is not your typical car wash. Im NEVER going back.

DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE!! SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS SUCKS! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH, YOUR PRESENCE OF WATCHING YOUR CAR WHILE GETTING IT WASH INCOMODATES EVEN THE OWNER!! LOOKING AT YOU LIKE GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!

I use EZ Clean for my car rental agency. They do an awesome job. Nobody in the area will do the kind of work they do and I will keep going back because they take care of my rental cars. Keep up the great work!

Worse hand car wash I ever been to. Half ass job! 2nd time here and have left very disappointed both times. Im 33 and this is my first time ever rating something thats how bad it was. Smh

The worst place Ive ever took my car to get it cleand at. They never clean the door panels. Never get the Windows done rite. Wheels never be touched. Never going back there.

Took my dodge charger here for a quick wash did a pretty good job for the price will definately be going back
