ONLY USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE MULTIPLE DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR CAR!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Please read this whole review if you have previously considered this service: I went in for a full interior/exterior detail and engine cleaning. I brought it in on a Monday morning 9am and was told it would be ready Tuesday 9-10am. On Tuesday I called at 9am and was told there would be a delay until 1 to 2pm. I called at 1pm and was told there would be a delay until 3-4pm "for sure". I arrived at 4pm and waited until 5pm!!! The car was not even ready...they were still working on it inside and out; the floor/seats had visible crumbs everywhere, and there were water splatters and dust on the trunk!! One of the main washing employees was extremely rude and said "Laaaaady" in an obnoxious way when I kept pointing out what they hadnt done..because he had to go and fix it. *******I asked the owner for a refund for this extreme delay/terrible job and he refused! SO rude and unprofessional...he also told me that the job wasnt done well because I was RUSHING his employees by calling 3 times that day! RIDICULOUS!!!! So hes expecting me to not to call and ask about my car A DAY AND A HALF after I brought in the car!?? It was supposed to be ready at 9am!!!! THE WORST WAS ONLY YET TO COME, FOLKS...keep reading: After the service I noticed that the check engine light was on in my car, which was not on before service. Turns out that there was water damage to my gas pedal sensor! This part cost me $184!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, the employees soaked up my car seats and carpet so much that there is mildew and a disgusting moldy smell that I cannot get out a week later!! My car is ruined, and now I also have to get NEW CARPETS for almost $200. I dont even know what to do with the seats, or the overall smell!!!!! I called the office (asking to speak to the owner) to demand a refund for my service and for these parts. For two days, the employees told me he was "at lunch," or "running errands," or that he would be in at a different time- EVERY TIME I CALLED. I told them to give him my number. I never got a call back........but good thing Ive got an amazing credit card company and that theres an attorney general office in IL. Interesting enough...other reviews on here say that they asked for the owner and got these same responses from employees/never received a call back from owner! If you want to stay in business, you should stop playing games with customers!

Jay is the owner, or a manager? Waiting in line on the street, on a nice Sunday. I witness the guys washing a car at the entrance with the door open. 2 wash mitts, washing from the top, to the bottom of the vehicle, around the muffler tip, lower bumper, then back up to the top. I get out of line, and immediately call the carwash, & explain what i just saw. Jay apologized for the incorrect way of washing a car. You see, when you wipe the bottom of a car with a wash mitt, and then procede to wash upper areas, you are dragging dirt, grit from the bottom to the top. Jay, assured me that he would correct this, & keep an eye on it. So i return, thinking these guys will be on top of the game. Wrong. My brand new Fiat, and the 2 vehicles behind me were wash in the same incorrect manner. I asked for a manager from the cashier, which she told me he stepped out for lunch. I say i will call back later. The front end, vacuum, windows, wiping off the dash, rinsing the floor matts is top notch, no complaints. I called back at 4p.m., cashier said you stepped out for an errand, unless you have a twin, Jay, i was outside looking right at you inside the building. Washing a car is like washing yourself in the shower. You start at the top, rinse, wash from top to bottom, then rinse. Simple, not rocket science. Not the employees fault that the proper way to wash a vehicle, is leaving hairline scratches on the paint. That lies with management, not supervised, and certainly not enforced, even after i brought it to the cashiers attention. I asked about the glass cleaner, if it had ammonia in it, which she replied it did not. Pink glass cleaner from Pro Finish, has ammonia in it, that bubbles aftermarket tinted windows. Waited for you to call me Jay, thought you were waiting for the end of the day, gave my number to the cashier and name, call never came. So, if customers want a clean car, with no concern of scratches, or bubbly tinted windows, nobody to greet them as they enter the business, or complaints handled with shrugged shoulders, and "i dont know" answers, then this carwash is for you. Jay, the ball was dropped on this one, still time to recover the fumble, you have my number.

Not sure how this place really works, many times i have taken my car and I always find dirty spots in the vehicle, thats why i stopped taking it when its full price and only take it when its early bird special. I had buff my car not long ago and i had some white marks on the rubber part of the bumper from the wax and for sure wouldve come out with the soap and water. When i asked the guy to please wash that he said no and just told me to get the white stuff out myself with my finger. Found this disrespectful. I told the lady in charge and when she came to see it another worker had the nerve to say that the marks were from damages and scratches. Clearly they dont know nothing about the car wash business. For quick early bird special its ok, for full price you can find better car washes around.

Last few times I have gone I have had a bad experience. I pay for the platinum each time I go which is like 20 or so bucks and I also buy airfresheners too. Windows left with streaks my seats have gotten a new stain on them every single time I have gone. The most recent time I went I paid for mine and my wifes car to be washed. Got home to find streaks all over all of our Windows and the vacuum job was done poorly. Went back with both cars a few mins later to complain. All the owner offered was to redo it or refund me my money.. what a great way to keep your customers.. should have offered me a free wash for next time.. wont go back..

Was a great place to have my suv washed weekly when they first opened. Was very happy with the detail and quality of the wash. As of lately the quality of the wash is very lacking and subpar. The owner has really let this place go down the tubes. The outside wait area is trash strewn week after week. They rush thru the wash in record time. When you inspect your car you find the things they missed. Floor mats still dirty, glass still dirty, rims still dirty, body still dirty,interior still dirty.Time to look for another place. Oh well. This review is based on one full year of service at this location.

Only place that actually washes my rims. Does a okay job on the drying. Gotta clean some dry spots myself sometimes after the wash. I usually go for the early bird discount in the mornings and get the premium wash. THEY HAVE PUNCH CARDS NOW! ASK FOR THEM AT DESK. anyways they use the pressured air to get water out of little places but then dont clean where that water sprays to and Im left with random dry dirt spots on the car. They do a good job though either way. Would recommend.
