To think this comment Im editing right now was a four start comment/rating at a point and time - based off the 3-4 times Ive come here. After today, Ill never return. The customer service was terrible. If you have a line for a car wash that is more than a block long and you dont have any employees standing outside to direct traffic and explain this to the possible customers- things can get a bit confusing for someone who hasnt come to you on a busy day like today. You have traffic all down Roosevelt and seeing how Ive never waited in a extremely long line for this particular car wash- It would have been nice to have someone explain this "system", instead of rudely coming to my car and telling me I cut the line". I asked the guy on the side of the street if he was in line for the car wash, and he told me to go ahead. I took that as if he wasnt waiting. Excuse me for not understanding this lack of a system you have. I had an honest misunderstanding of what was going on, and with that I was talked to so rudely by the manager of this car wash. Ill be sure to never refer another person to this car wash ever.

Very bad experience. I paid for a full service car wash and when my car was returned to me is still dirty I could walk up and see the dirt when I pointed it out everyone that I spoke to seemed to not understand what I was saying so then I asked for a manager and when he came out he kept giving me excuses why my car wasnt vacuum properly and still had dirt on the inside and out. He never tried to fix what was wrong he just smiled and said I dont know what you want me to do. I told him thats fine this is my first and last time doing business with his establishment then he smiled and said thats fine you drive for uber Ill just contact them and report YOU to them and took a picture of my license plates.....WORSE SERVICE EVER

Tengan cuidado cuando pagen con tarjeta por qué cobran de más y cuando les dicen que cobraron de más solo dicen es que pidieron cash para la propina ellos piensan que como andamos alas prisas no nos fijamos yo era cliente por más de un año pero con esto ya no volveré air

I have a 200 Chrysler 2014 I went on Roosevelt to Hollywood hand car wash. The Guy that was washing my car was very ruled, He didnt wash off my floors mats he didnt clean the floors under the mate. I gave him $26 and today was Lady day and he didnt give me the $ 3 discount. They need someone to speak English. They have really poor service.

The owner was unprofessional. He will keep you waiting in line out there and then 1 hour of waiting later he will tell you its closed and you cant come in.
