I am highly disappointed after spending 18$ on a their "super wash". When they are done washing my car. I see that the inner fenders are still dirty. So I kindly ask if they could clean them up. Turns out the guy said thats an extra 5$. Like come on now. Its pretty common sense to clean away dirt when washing something right? So I tell them yea sure wipe it down and charge me the the extra 5$. No problem. I drive away I get two diagnostics codes that I didnt have before taking my car there. AWD system and Low Voltage Battery. Turn the cars fully off guys. Thank goodness that those trouble codes disappeared after following certain steps. So I get home and look under my floor mats and theres still rocks and dirt. What is that an extra 5$? So I spend a grand total of 23$ w/o tip. 23$! On top of that I still see wipe marks and bug guts on my windshield. I take the high way to work everyday and I just wanted to get my car washed. To be honest the way I look at their work contains of watering the car and just drying the car. So much for 23$. Another thing I noticed was that one of the workers was kicking some guys floor mats around like nothing. I was surprised that the owner of the car didnt say anything. Wont be going back there anymore! I dont recommend this place at all!!! And for the record, no Im not expecting a full detail on my car. I used to be a car washer myself. And I know the different between a car wash and a detail.

Today will be my last visit here. I had vowed several months ago not to return but like the convenience of not having to drive more than a few blocks. Anyway, my reasons. If you have an SUV with an outside mounted spare THEY WILL NOT WASH IT. I shouldnt have to ask. I leave, come home and it is still coated with salt. Also, the early bird price. The young lady informed me that I didnt qualify since when i paid it was 10:02 on the register. Now, my vehicle is INSIDE the building with other cars behind it and even more behind the outside of the building. So Im stuck paying an additional 6 dollars even though I dont want the car washed at this point. I shouldnt have to request a manager. Its easier to just not go back and a very disappointing experience that can easily be remedied.

The employees do a great job here cleaning your car. But the owner is a different story... One day when I was getting a wash he was the cashier (I know he was the owner because there were pictures of him on the walls with whatever B celebrities were ever at his wash). A pretty young women was next in line and he proceeded to hit on her as he rang her up! I remember her saying she "had a boyfriend" and was "not interested" but he said "I bet your boyfriend has a car like that" (points to MY car) "and not one like that" points to his brand new Mercedes ".... She was so creeped out (I remember her face) & everyone in the wait room was uncomfortable... Not to mention I was pissed off cause he just insulted my car. Totally unprofessional.

This was my FIRST and LAST visit to this business. I paid for an exterior and interior wash, outside of car cleaned about 80%(windows not wiped complety,lower part of car still dirty, towel fuzz from cheap towels everywhere) Inside of car cleaned about 60% ( only top part of inner windows wiped, sub-par vacuum job, dash not wiped completely) To top off my visit to this crappy car cash, the workers helped themselves to my loose change in my cup holder. They STOLE ALL MY CHANGE and left only pennies. Do NOT waste your time or money with this place.

i have been a regular here for a little while and now and i was in there today for not only a great car but a surprise glass repair company. the lady with the glass company was super nice and offered to fixed the chip in my windshield for no cost. something about it already being in a part of my insurance coverage...anyways i let her do it, with hesitation, and when i got home i called my insurance company on my own....and to my surprise everything she said was true. well i have to say thank you superior car wash for hookin me up :)

MY BOYFRIEND BROUGHT HIS CAR TO THIS PARTICULAR CAR WASH LAST WEEK(9/9/08).AFTER HE HAD LEFT WE HAD NOTICED THAT MY 800$ ITALIAN GOLD NECKLACE HAD BEEN STOLEN OUT OF THE CUP HOLDER OF HIS CAR! WE FILED A POLICE REPORT BUT SINCE THERE IS NO PROOF THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. MY BOYFRIEND HAS MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPS TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND HES BEEN AVOIDING HIS PHONE CALLS! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH OR YOU MIGHT HAVE YOUR VALUEABLES/ PRIZE POSSESSIONS STOLEN FROM YOU. I ADVISE YOU TO DRIVE ANOTHER WAY!!!!!!

Theyve damaged my windows with some chemical/substance and dont want to recognize or take responsibility. Spoke to the owner and he blatantly denied any involvement by his car wash. I was very disappointed by how I was treated when it was obvious my car was damaged by them. Needless to say BBB has been notified. Folks, please check your car when returned to you. Also, the quality for the price is not the best either. Please do your research before coming here.

I just left this place....I paid $21 for a super wash and bug removal. There are still bugs on the front of car, the lower half of car looks like it wasnt even washed, and I have to go home a re vacuum my car. Wont be going back. Word to the wise....if you work in an auto detail center...maybe you should pay attention to detail.

Ive been going there for a while and the people that work there are very nice but they dont clean the interior thoroughly. On more then one occasion they forgot to clean the inside of my windshield as well as the other Windows, they didnt clean the dashboard, and they vacuumed terribly. Not going back anytime soon.

They are pretty good, definitely a lot better than other places in the neighborhood that I have been to. Staff is very nice and throughout. The line is usually long but the service is worth waiting for. They have been cleaning my car for over a year now and, so far, I had no issues or complaints.

Usually packed on the weekend. Ive been going here for at least 8 years. Price is reasonable for what you get. I usually have to rewipe bottom portion of my car because the guys seem to be afraid to do a squat. Owner is cool, gets the guys moving and doesnt mind pitching in to help.

BY FAR the BEST car wash I have ever been to. My car was very dirty and muddy and they scrubbed every last inch to perfection!! It looked like a brand new car when I got it back. Everyone there was super friendly and the boss made sure I got everything I needed :) HIGHLY recommend!!!

3-6-17 Update You have a 50/50 chance of getting g a quality car wash Not sure what all the one stars reviews are about, Ive been goin here for years with multiple vehicles. Always stellar service. Oh and if you got bugs in your car, you a grimy ass fool
