I left my all-weather Subaru mats on the wall for five minutes while I parked the vehicle with my kids to polish it thereafter. Six minutes later my mats were gone. The place was not busy, there werent more than five vehicles at the time, including mine. I talked to one of the persons in charge at the time (a tall, white male in his late 30s/early 40s, about 200 lbs, give or take), to figure out a way to find out who stole them, but he limited himself to say, "we didnt take them... how unfortunate."

A clean, spacious self service facility with lots of cleaning options from the machines. You have to purchase $1.00 tokens and each cleaning cycle cost $2.00 that last a few minutes, so its possible to mix services such as soapy scrub brush with power rinse etc. The facility is right along the busy 63rd street and is in a safe location. There are vacuum stations as well. Also you will always find a washing dock for your car as there are many spaces, no waiting.

The token machine stop reading my card. At first I thought it was my card, so I got a new one just in case and still doesnt read it. Even the card reader inside the wash doesnt work, whats the point of having the option to pay with a card if they dont work. The place is good but they need to fix the credit card readers.

Awful place to go for businesses. The owner started complaining about garbage, even though I didnt have much. This guy is a jerk. If he doesnt want to deal with garbage why be in the car cleaning business.

I had to pay twice yesterday because one machine stopped to work with my car was soaping. I had to pay other machine to finished clean my car.

It is located in a nice and a quiet area not too far from Midway airport. The service and the washer operation was easy to use.

Great facility, nice and quiet area, but theres no mention of what the major holiday hours are on the website.
