Worst experience ever. I usually get hand car washes but needed to wash the outside of the car today and went through the drive through. I drove right pass the gates because I saw a sign (made of copy paper) that said the machine was down and wed need to pay the attendant. When it was my turn I handed my debit card to the attendant and was told no cards only cash. Before I can tell the guy I had some cash he quickly walked away and acted like I was a problem. He started backing up the long line of cars behind me so I can back out and get out of the enterance of the car wash. How embarrassing! In the future when your payment machines go down it would probably be wise to have some one stand by the enterance gates to the car wash and let people know the machine is down so they can be escorted out of the car wash easier. Not align the car into the wash have two people standing around and then treat people as if they arent paying customer or at least willing to pay, then make them reverse out to go through the alley. Been here to wash my car a few times as its on the way to work and my kids school, but wont ever come back. Plus for 12 dollars the wash isnt that great. Wont be coming back.

Purchased a $15 deal which included a free deluxe wash follow-up within five days. I returned four days later, entered the code, and before I could choose the specific wash I wanted (delay due to a child-related distraction) the machine automatically chose the basic wash for me. I approached the attendant on duty and he suggested I stop by the following day to speak to the manager. The following day the manager completely ignored my request, which was to receive the complementary upgrade I deserved based on dropping $15 earlier in the week. Manager offered a half-price wash, but I had already paid. Very disappointing that this situation was handled this way.

Stopped in today to get the $3 wash and was extremly disappointed. I understand that I shouldnt expect a perfectly clean car after a $3 "light wash" but they didnt even get the salt off my car. My windows had streaks and they didnt rinse the soap off or dry my car to an acceptable level. Will not bring my car here again and would recommend to not get a wash here.

This is the place to come if you want to scratch up your car. An employee at this place was extremely rude to me when I tried to use the vacuum. Saw a nice big family of rats running living in the car wash. Safe to say I will never be returning here.

Use this car wash all the time $3 is a good price. Only 2 star because of bad experience regarding a working hours. Even though they said they open till 8 on Sunday vacuum station was off at 7:30. Stuff didnt want to resolve issues.

I went to get my car washed at 7:25pm, when they close at 8pm, and they turned me away because they were closing early. I was looking forward to finding a car wash open past 5pm on a sunday but needless to say I wont be returning.

its cheap, its not too good. My car gets the dirt off but doesnt look clean afterwards. The vacuums are good and free, but if there is too many people it wont do anything

Paid $10 for the deluxe wash, my car seemed dirtier after. The hood was clean but the sides and back were absolutely filthy. An utter waste of time and money

Doesnt get all the grime off and scratched my car. Cant tell me it wasnt from this wash when my car was new. (Less than 2000 miles on the odometer)
